Very satisfied with my StoreMax 190

Very satisfied with my StoreMax 190. The product is robust, well-designed, and perfectly suited for outdoor use. The opening system is smooth and practical for everyday use, and the design integrates nicely into its surroundings.

Despite a minor issue upon delivery, the customer service was responsive and offered a satisfactory commercial solution. Their support was professional and reliable.

Overall, I highly recommend both the quality of Biohort products and their customer service.

We bought a £310000 park home on a…

We bought a £310000 park home on a residential site.
One of the many rules was that we HAD to buy a Biohart shed at a huge cost. In the event, as did all the others on the site, dreadful condensation from roof (we all had to line with polystyrene or something similar), and water poured in underneath. Absolute rubbish.
We sold the parkhome for various reasons. Now contemplating buying a normal build from same owner who is still insisting we buy the same shed. Has he got shares in company? Will dig our heels in and refuse to buy another rubbish product. The neighbour next to where we are considering buying, had had to buy the Biohart and the roof is pouring with condensation and they are in process of trying to seal bottom😧

Bad service

Bad service, delivery takes longer than promised and what has been promoted on their website (which is max 10 business days). Delivery as well did not come with all boxes as promised. The company forgot one out of three... would never buy from the company again.

Bought an A2 metal shed & it has leaked…

Bought an A2 metal shed & it has leaked ever since. Paid for installation £550 but they sent carpenters to install who then charged us even more blaming it on our concrete base not being level!

Very expensive & now leaking everywhere , can't seem to stop it so total waste of money.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Very expensive stuff paid in advance shipping included; arrived after 3weeks. If the packaging is damaged do not esitate and send the delivery back, do not accept it like I did. You will avoid waste time, no excuses you pay for full service! I would like to attach pics here but it is not allowed.

Do NOT purchase

What went wrong? Purchase paid, but never delivered. No reply on 3 emails. Tried to purchase outdoor storage box. “Website” salenyc.shop no (longer?) exists. Do NOT purchase from this company. 1 star is 2 too many

DO NOT BUY!

I bought a Biohort AvantGarde a couple of months ago. Built it according to the instructions and using the material provided. It started raining and the water leaks everywhere, through the roof, walls and door. It is unbelivibable how poorly designed it is. I complained to customer service and they sent some new screws for the roofs including this time some water insulation. Yet the problem persists.

Keep in mind the poor quality of the product before buying.

Great customer support!

I have bought very nice Garden House from Biohort. I started communicating with their support when I saw some pieces slightly damaged, I have got all replacements without a question.
Afterwards I had a problem with some light lamps that are chargeable, this is the product not produced by Biohort, but other sub-contractor. They replaced it 3 times, send new ones - once I wanted money back for it from my handler (Kika/Leiner) I have got it. In the meantime I had many questions where I needed help/support and I have got answers super quickly and someone there have put a lot of efforts to help me make the best out of Biohort House. So overall, replacements take time to arrive, from the other side customer service was absolutely great with me, and I am very satisfied with the products!

Dreadful, dreadful service at a high cost

The unit was delivered to the wrong address. The shippers could/did not want to find the driver to reschedule the appointment. They said the driver was German with poor English when he was English all along. I had his number but they claimed they could not contact him. The delivery was eventually made but it has quite excessive packaging making it difficult to deal with. However, the driver was quite helpful.One package was badly damaged in transit but the contents were ok.Why it was ever shipped in that condition is a mystery to me. The other packages looked fine but there were many damaged sections and it must have left the factory in that condition as the packaging was not damaged. No response was received from Biohort on the delivery day, a Friday when I made my complaint. The shippers said it was nothing to do with them. On the following Monday Biohort claimed the damage was nothing to do with them either and offered a shelf or other internal fitting as compensation. By that time I had built the unit and bent back into shape the damaged sections. I did this as I live 100 miles away from my daughter, for whom we had bought the unit and I was going on holiday 48 hours later so had to build the unit as Biohort and the shippers could have been arguing for months over the damage.The unit looks second rate, the damage is visible and I feel badly let down.

I do not recommend that anyone buys this product as the service an quality are so poor

Delivery Disaster

Ordered over £11000 of shed, storage and accessories.

Items arrived. First problem was that the delivery driver did not have the equipment to unload. We had to help create wooden "props" to help get the items onto the tail-lift of his truck. The whole process took 3 of us over an hour.

When we inspected the delivery a number of items were damaged. We needed to get the shed built ASAP so accepted the damage otherwise it meant another 4-6 weeks to replacements.

Overall the product look good but the damaged items means we have spent over £11k to have a posh but damaged shed and bin store etc.

The UK dealer was very helpful but has been let down by really poor QA and a shambolic delivery service from Biohort Austria.

If they can resolve their delivery system and QA system then they would have an excellent product and service.

Until then I cannot recommend.

Nice and good quality

Just got my new sheed (Panorama) and the quality is really good, so I am very pleased.
The shed was easy to assembly and everything was in the package, even the tools.

Order shelves and shelf supports over 2…

Order shelves and shelf supports over 2 months ago, shelves arrived 1 month later without supports. Then was told they would be within a week, waited 2 weeks and never came. Then waited another 2 weeks and eventually only 1 set turned up, not 2 I’ve ordered. Still waiting for them. Do not use Biohort under any circumstances they are a terrible company.

Arrogant to deal with

I originally posted an excellent review o Biohort.
Regretfully I have now changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. I was considering a further purchase of in my opinion a very expensive shed - overnight the shed configuration 'jumped' from circa €6600 to over €7000. On complaint they replied
Good morning,
Among other things, there was also a price increase for Ireland on 01/06.

Arrogant in the extreme compounded by a follow up on my comment that they would match the original price as a big deal. Times are difficult worldwide but their is absolutely no excuse for dismissive arrogant rude communication [In my opinion] from any company.
