A quick delivery and a good product. The only problem was the cable came fitted with a European plug. Had to go out a purchase a special adaptor.

Very easy to order. Item was as described. Shipping was only 1 week to Finland. Corten steel fire place is absolutely worth of money. My recommends.

Hamilton Convertible Biostove FAB-U-LOUS!
We purchased a bioethanol stove and ceramic logs. The stove is a Hamilton convertible. Delivered as arranged - Lovely, with the flue fitted it looks like the real business. The after sales service was brilliant with response time practically straight away. We love this stove, odourless and clean!

Product good but buyer beware if their systems fail to process your payment
Hounded for payment after their own systems failed to process my payment. Customer service were patient but sales steamed into my personal WhatsApp saying debt collection imminent. Sorry but when asked to follow a link and enter my card details because “Appel pay” failed, im going to double check.

Due to a technical error, your payment was not processed correctly when you placed your order, even though the goods were shipped and received. When we became aware of this, we contacted you to resolve the matter — as the outstanding payment relates to an order that had already been delivered.
The follow-up via WhatsApp was intended as a polite and practical way to reach you, not to create pressure or discomfort. That said, we regret if the tone or approach felt intrusive in any way.
We completely understand your caution when asked to re-enter payment details — especially after a failed Apple Pay transaction. It's absolutely reasonable to double-check, and we appreciate your diligence.

Great product, smooth delivery
Having tried the CasusGrill on holiday in Italy, we wanted to buy it again after returning home to the Netherlands.
Turned out that this single use grill is not available anywhere here, so we bought several of them online.
They got delivered quickly and smooth. 100% satisfied.

Horrendous
Ordered a fireplace that could only be used via remote control - the remote control was missing. I contacted them and they advised it had been sent. After waiting approx. 4 weeks without receiving it, I requested a collection for a refund as it was unusable. They have advised me this can only be refunded 50% due to the original cardboard box it was delivered in being thrown away? They won’t give me any definitive answers - the customer service is horrendous as well as the attitude. Stuck with a £240 fireplace that doesn’t work which I can only receive £120 back for?

Great quality for Bioethanol burners
We ordered two bioethanol burners for our premises, and they light well and give out substanial heat for what it is.
Delivery was fast however slightly difficult to get regular updates on when to expect delivery at the start.
