Good products delivered promptly
The products I ordered were delivered promptly, I am trying out their new scent - Yorkshire rhubard washing up liquid. My milkman discovered Bio D hand sanitizer during Covid so I was buying their products before moving to Yorkshire

Great powder made my clothes feel fresh even without the fragrance and didn’t cause any issues. Highly recommend and I’m one with very sensitive skin issues and allergies. Pity they don’t send overseas yet though! As would order online to send back home as only on holidays atm

Product was delivered promptly, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars as there is no option to return the plastic container, there is no 20ltr closed loop option for this product

We appreciate your comments regarding the lack of a return option for the 5L container and the absence of a closed loop option for this product. We currently operate a closed loop service for our 20L containers and have carefully assessed extending this to our 5L range through our wash out and reuse process.
Our analysis showed that the additional transport and washing required for returning and reprocessing 5L containers results in a higher CO₂e impact than recycling them through local kerbside collection schemes. As our 5L containers are manufactured from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, you can be reassured that they are designed to be recycled again and again through your local council's recycling programme.
We value your feedback and continually review our packaging and sustainability initiatives to ensure we are delivering the best environmental outcomes possible.
