Order did not arrive
Never got my order because it was damaged in transit. This is the second time that I haven’t received my order. I was then told that they would have to receive the return from the courier before they could issue a refund. I shouldn’t have to wait for a refund when the courier has notified us both that it’s damaged.

I have been using BioD since the company's early days, firstly because the products were vegan and then because they don't make me itch. I periodically try a different brand, but always come back to BioD. I have recommended the laundry liquid many times over the years especially to families with sensitive skin.

True plant based, for Sensative Skin laundry soap
I wanted a laundry detergent that was truly chemical free as my lady area was very sensative to the build-up of fabric "protection" chemicals on our clothes. I never knew that even "Sensative Skin" "Plant Based" laundry detergent still had the sulfate & phosphates that are harmful to us & the environment. After days of research (and shock) I learned finally how laundry detergent actually works and what it leaves behind. I've been using Bio-D for a month now (washed my & my husbands entire drawers of under garments) and I've not had one single burn, itch or discomfort. I use the NON-BIO powders. My clothes smell fresh and with a little vinegar in the softener drawer my clothes are super soft! Their "stain bar" and bleach both work well too. The cost is a bit higher but worth it for my comfort and saving the pollution being pumped into my garden and local water supply. I'll be ordering this from now on, I've just placed my 2nd order, delivery is fast and ordering is easy.

Washing powder doesn't really clean
The washing powder is only suitable for very lightly worn clothing, nothing that actually really needs cleaning or washing deeply. My teenage sons' clothes come out still smelling, not quite as badly as when they went in, but definitely not clean. It's a shame as I want to buy ethically, but at the same time do actually need my children to have clean clothes.

Love this company
Love this company. Excellent eco friendly products that not only do good, but smell and feel wonderful. Their "rhubarb" range in particular is my go to. Everything from hand wash, to sanitiser to washing up liquid. I tried their new fragrance free shampoo and conditioner too and it's wonderful. The dishwasher tablets also are pretty good. Their 5 litre refills are excellent value for money and great for the planet too. My only disappointment was my last big order did not come with a free Cawstons rhubarb drink like it did before!

This was my first order
This was my first order. The laundry detergent bag had split in transit so made a mess in the box and necessitated cleaning all the other items I had ordered. The company did replace the detergent once I had sent photo evidence of the damage so can’t complain. It was a bit inconvenient though and is making me think twice. Not enough time has passed for me to assess the efficacy of the products. I do really like the rhubarb sanitiser spray. Would happily convert to that full time.

Love that I can save so much money whilst also helping the environment by buying in 5L recycled bottles. Love their lime and aloe Vera sanitizing handwash and juniper laundry liquid and fabric conditioner. These are all staples for me.
