Disappointing
Worst service. I bought creams that i never got because it took them more than 2 weeks to answer that they don't have them anymore in store and i have sent 3 emails. I still also did not get my money back. Still stuck in paypal. Very disappointed

I have ordered somE hair tablets on the 22nd of January, and still they haven't been shipped yet.
I tried to contact Bioax via e-mail or through the website contact page to have some information about my order, but there was no response at all from their side!
If I will not receive my order in the next week, I will speak with my lawyer, since I cannot request any refund.
