At 34 weeks pregnant with two very active huskies I need all the energy I can get! Bio & Me Super Seedy and Nutty granola has been my breakfast fuel for a number of weeks - yummy with natural yoghurt or milk! I love that it’s packed full of healthy seeds and nuts too so I know I’m getting the good nutrients I need to start the day

As a mom, it’s really important for me that breakfast is not only tasty but also healthy. This cereal with grains and apple pieces has honestly become one of our favorites. My child eats it with удовольствием because the apple adds a natural sweetness without it feeling too sugary.

After this breakfast, my child isn’t hungry during the first lessons at school and has steady energy to stay focused. That’s exactly what I want in the morning — something filling, nourishing, and good for concentration.

I feel good about the ingredients: whole grains for long-lasting energy and fiber, and real apple pieces for natural flavor. It’s a simple, wholesome breakfast that works perfectly for busy school mornings ❤️

i emailed bio&me regarding if they had discontinued the ‘strawberry multigrain puffs’ cereal as i couldn’t find them anywhere! they replied within 24 hours giving me the sad news that it was discontinued, however Bella from the bio&me team straight away recommend me alternatives that would be similar along with a discount code which was just so unexpected!
coming from a girl in recovery from anorexia/eating disorder, i honestly go through a box of their ‘protein’ granola every couple of days and it is a major comfort food for me!

I tried the oats and yoghurt and the taste was heavenly! and quite affordable too. Perfect for gut health and to get your fibre in. Easy to find in any Holland and Barrett store

The cocoa flavor is noticeable but not overpowering, with a natural mild sweetness. The texture is well-balanced — not too runny and not overly thick. It becomes even more delicious when topped with banana slices, nuts, or a spoon of peanut butter.

Preparation is very convenient and quick, making it perfect for busy morning

Had the bio&me granola and I honestly loved it. It is super seedy and nutty. Had it hot because that's how I love my granola, the aroma was so inviting. My husband isn't a fan of granola but he totally enjoyed this.
The fact that it is so healthy and nutritious makes it even more lovely.

I really like the Bio and Me kefir yoghurts, especially the mango and vanilla flavours. I like that they are not too sweet with no added suar or sweeteners so they still have a lovely tanginess. I usually eat them with fruit and granola

I’ve recently been finding ways to upgrade my yogurt bowls and a friend recommended the bio and me protein granola! I am now a huge fan! It’s been great, especially as someone who loves to get their protein in! And did I mention the taste? It didn’t last long in my household! 10/10

I was a bit nervous about kefir but I couldn’t ignore the hype any longer so got myself some mango kefir yoghurt and it was delicious. Recommend!

I’m so pleased to have discovered Bio and Me. I love the simple, clean, tasty ingredients. Nice to know I’m getting a variety of plant based foods within one bowl of muesli.

The Bio & Me Cocoa & Hazelnut Protein Granola is fast becoming my go to brekkie. It really does fill me up to lunch time & usually I’m a big snacker! Tastes good too. Even better paired with some Bio & Me kefir. 🥣😋

Breakfasts made better!! I’ve been struggling with finding a good breakfast for a while… until I came across Bio & Me! I’ve loved their vanilla yoghurt & recently tried the granolas… 10/10! It’s so nice knowing that I’m fuelling my body with goodness every morning. Will be a long term fan!

Absolutely love Bio & Me products they are consistent and absolutely delicious. I recently tried the overnight oats and what a game changer mixed with the Kefir 😍, win win. I also love the little porridge pots, they are great for mornings when I don't have long or even for travelling.

I tried the golden syrup flavour porridge from Bio & Me the other day but it’s so much more than just golden syrup! There’s dates, almonds, sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seeds, quinoa flakes, all squished into this little tub to make a delicious, healthy porridge. I am very impressed with this and it was only 95p in Holland & Barret. I think I might be buying these again as they feel really healthy and filling for a quick breakfast. They are stand out, an awful lot tastier and healthier than any other porridge pot I’ve tried.
