I have placed several orders with Bio4Men in the past, and most of them went smoothly without any issues. However, my recent experience has been disappointing.

I decided to return an order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and sent the package back unopened. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to the shop on December 7, 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups and the 14-day refund period having passed, I have neither received a response nor a refund.

While my past experiences with the shop were positive, the lack of communication and failure to resolve this issue is concerning. I hope they address this situation promptly, as it stands in stark contrast to my previous interactions.

It’s not the product as shown in the picture…really disappointed!

Ordered product was not available and Robin came with additional offer, for more expensive product, which should be paid for same price, with no extra charge on it.
