Shipping says 2-4

Shipping said 2–4 days. LIES. They create the label the same or next day and send a “your order has shipped” email, but it just says “Shipping Label Created — USPS Awaiting Item.” The package doesn’t actually arrive until a week later. Not cool.

You cant use YOUR points to cover a whole purchase for one. Only company ive evrr dealt with rhat pulls this crap. Have good coupons I earned that they try to tell me I used, which never happened. Customer service is less than helpful. Spent a lot of money with these guys but after logging on and trying to use MY points during a time of financial hardship just to be forced by the system to select 100pts under covering the whole cost. My points I should be able to spend them how I want, not what some system dictates. Ive never in all my years dealt with such bs when it comes to a point system. Cant say im surprised when they charge 3 to 4 times more for products you can get elsewhere for half the cost and just as good if not better quality. Beyond done with binoid and hopefully this review prevents people from falling for their bs like I did. Ive given them chance after chance and every darn time I think hey, maybe they sorted their greed out. Nope. Good luck when you guys treat your customers like that.

I ordered 10 days ago and the item I ordered AND PAID FOR has not even shipped yet. Never again. And if they don't credit my card back I will refute the charges. The product may be good but shipping and customer service aren't worth putting up with when there are so many other options.

Cancel orders and never return funds

I placed an order the money was immediately taken out and in the same instance they canceled my order. I have sent numerous emails and even reported them to THE BBB. Still no response from them. Stay away from this company

Product is great but...

I think the good luck gummies are absolutely amazing!! That being said the only reason I didn't give 5 start is delivery was super slow and tracking unreliable as well as the fact that I didn't even get the flavor I had ordered. I did get a partial refund for the inconvenience as I didn't really care all too much about the flavor and I kept the product they sent. I contacted customer service several times and each time they were super helpful. I will be buying more in the future.

Slow processing and bad products

Worst experience ever and immediately switched back to my former CBD shop.

Slow processing times, priority mail was useless. Half of the products didnt work and the other half taste so burnt. No response from support.

I used to love this company

I used to love this company, it's been a while since I had ordered. Got an email saying label had been printed on the third. Today is the 9th and no update in tracking says it's still sitting in their warehouse and I'm getting no help from customer service. I've filed a claim with my bank to try and get my money back

I love your products

I love your products. I fell in love with the mushroom gummies. I have a lot of anxiety in the afternoons so it helps me out. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes from getting a tracking number to it actually making it to the post office.

I’ve read most of the reviews and I see a pattern; people complain so Biniod offers a remedy of either discounting or offering free services etc I’m a first time buyer and their products do what they say they do..I had two orders and I also communicated with their customer service concerning my orders- they were immediately prompt until I commented that two of their products piña colada and blue buzz I think that they didn’t work- (they stopped communicating)I also order from Scarlett‘s Web and get the 25mg 1 thc and their one gummy is stronger than Biniods- especially at a lower dose- two CBD/THCgummies from Scarlett‘s Web hit hard verse Biniods stronger dose gummies.

A true story of BINOID's terrible customer service.

These reviews tell you exactly how terrible this company is!

I purchased the $200 BFG several times. As I was almost finished with one of them, I ordered another one. After finishing the last BFG, I opened the new BFG, and It was completely inedible! There is something obviously wrong with the product. (After consuming several BFGs, I knew what to expect when ordering.?) I contacted BINOID immediately after opening the product, which was one week after receiving it. I figured BINOID would want to test their VERY EXPENSIVE product to see what happened during manufacturing that made it inedible. They REFUSED TO EXCHANGE the COMPLETELY INEDIBLE product. It was only when I told the company that I would let everyone know about my experience, that they sent me an email telling me that my case was escalated to a new department. I received an email that mentioned something about me not ever getting my package, which must be from someone else's case. Several weeks later, NOTHING, SILENCE. This is why I feel it is my duty to WARN OTHERS NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BINOID! There is a 0% guarantee that you will get an edible product, and there is a 0% guarantee that you will receive any compensation from BINOID, when they sell you an UNUSABLE product. I was a regular, returning customer, with past purchases totalling over $600. If this is how BINOID treats its loyal customers, I'd be terribly afraid to purchase from BINOID as a new customer!

Unit stopped working 2 days later

I received the willd cherry 7gr vape. That one tasted burnt and splatter all over one u get it to work. I emailed and received another free of service. It's started off Greatl and taste good.,
I was very happy. 3 days later couldn't get a hit to Save my life. So I ended up throwing both units away. It's a shame because I've purchased Blaze and a couple others in the past and they were great. Oh well unless they fix problem I guess Ill go elsewhere. [Be careful if it starts spitting you will burn your lip. ,]

I decided to take a risk and order

I decided to take a risk and order off of this website I was very sceptical because of the reviews saying they create shipping labels then leave it for days without dropping it off at the post office they let it sit for 3 days before shipping but at the end of the day I got it so I'm fine with that I would buy at your own risk because alot of ppl say they don't ship or ship extremely late but in my personal experience they have good prices and do actually ship

I purchased THC gummies and a cookies THC disposable shipping label was created today and they shipped next day! From my personal experience they do ship quick I'm not sure why other people are having issues everything has been going well for me if anything goes wrong and I don't receive a item or it takes forever to come i will update again but for now everything is going smoothly!

I received my cookies THC disposable it taste amazing has 2 flavors is rechargable and the clouds are thick and big as for the THC 13000MG gummies amazing they taste like weed which is ok they also taste like artificial flavoring overall they are good and do the job I've been taking hits off the cookies dispo and I took 1 full gummie and I'm definitely pretty high not where I wanna be but I will take more and hopefully get high ash I highly recommend buying off this website the bad reviews seem to have some truth to them but in my experience as of December 29th 2025 everything has been a wonderful experience!

Avoid this company!

I placed an order on November 15 and received notification that it had shipped the next day, with a tracking number. Great!

I hadn't received it by November 25, and the tracking information claimed it hadn't shipped at all, so I reached out to customer service. They claimed USPS must have lost it in the mail, but unfortunately what I ordered was now out of stock. They offered replacements I didn't want, so I had the order refunded, which they did promptly and with apologies.

On December 11, the package showed up, so I contacted customer service to let them know and pay for it. On December 12, a Friday, at 10:38 p.m., they emailed an invoice.

Like many people in December, I had weekend plans, so didn't get a chance to check my email until just under 12 hours later on December 13, a Saturday.

I was surprised to see I'd still been charged full price after all that, but ok - payment is more important than customer satisfaction for this company. Fair enough. Paid the invoice, and then continued going through emails.

They had sent an *invoice reminder* at 12:04 p.m. - under 12 hours from the original. Wow. Curious, I went back to the original email claiming my order had been shipped, to see if that tracking information ever got updated.

Sure enough, it had. Despite the label being created November 16, the package was not physically brought to the USPS facility until December 4. So one of two things happened here: 1) the label was created and put on the package which then was not brought to USPS, or 2) the label was created but not put on the package, and when I emailed to see where my order was, they found the label, realised they were out of product, blamed USPS for losing the package, and waited until the items were back in stock, then affixed the label and brought it to USPS, with no update or apology to me, probably hopeful that if I received the products after also obtaining a refund, I'd just be happy about it and shut up, not anticipating that I'd ask to pay for it.

Is that me ascribing motivations I can't prove? Definitely. But my housemate works for the USPS, so attempts to excuse your failures by blaming the USPS fall very flat with us. And then I read the TrustPilot reviews and saw this is actually their company philosophy.

I appreciate them telling me exactly who the company is so effectively so I can both avoid them forever and also, thanks to their repeated demands I write a review, let others know too!

Bin waiting about a month for my order, first it got lost then the gummies were on backorder I get things happen however I work in shipping the first order never left the building all they did was create a label to show it shipped. Shady stuff. I will say that they do have good edibles but hard to trust again

From a person who works through mailing, this is false & not how the postoffice works, at max, 24 hours if it was dropped off on weekend, im we'll over 24 hours and post office says still not dropped off.
