New scam method... They are not letting you withdraw!!!
I deposited 100 Euro on 18-02-2026
I finally went through the 40 times wagering and made my balance 400 Euro (which is very hard and rare to do)
Now i want to withdraw the 400 Euro but i keep getting the message that my funds have not arrived at the casino yet.
This is 12 days now which i never experienced with a Dutch bank. And i play a lot of casino's and deposit a lot as well.
This is a new scam for me just keep telling me the funds never arrived. The money was taken from my bank account instantly like always.
Now the live support keeps telling me to wait and it will be processed shortly. 12 days waiting is not shortly.
Live support will not help me or even look if something went wrong on their side and they just keep telling me to wait some more with standard messages.
So beware of this casino, they are not letting you withdraw!!!

It looks like this casino might be a scam. They haven’t processed my withdrawal for almost two days now, even though they say it should take “up to 48 hours”. If they eventually pay out, I will apologize and delete my review or change it to 5 stars — but for now this is my honest experience.
The casino itself is very beautiful — I really like the design and the slots they offer — but something is definitely wrong with the withdrawals. At first, I deposited €80 and withdrew €90 without any problems at all. Later, I deposited €300, played a bit, and requested a withdrawal of €180. And now they just don’t pay it. I have no idea why, but I really don’t like this situation.
