Amazing service and great run business

Amazing service! Messaged before arrival, job done promptly and to top standard. Very polite on telephone and rectified my issues instantly.

On a personal note... Thank you! Ours retired about 3years ago and we have had a few since... and they have not been the greatest.

I’ve been using BINKIL for my bin…

I’ve been using BINKIL for my bin cleaning, and they’ve been fantastic. I really like the text notification before they arrive, so I always know when to expect them. They’ve recently started offering window cleaning too, and they did a great job on my first clean.

As it’s a new part of their business, there have been a couple of teething issues, but their customer service has been excellent. They’re always quick to respond and resolve any problems straight away. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, and they genuinely care about providing a great service.

Overall, I’d highly recommend BINKIL – the service is 10/10!

We were using Binkil for our bin clean…

We were using Binkil for our bin clean and very satisfied so when they offered window cleaning we thought why not!
Just had our first clean and it was very thorough including all the sills cleaned too along with our garage . We would highly recommend them. 🪟👍

Windows cleaned

Windows cleaned, fab job 1st time. This week sills and velux windows not cleaned. Office staff phoned to see if I was satisfied. They offered to come back to rectify the issue. A note put on my file for next math. Thank you so much.

I do really like it

I do really like it. Bin left smelling lovely. Always pick up and put in Same place.
They started do windows cleaning and was brilliant. Quick and clean.

Bins cleaned and now new window cleaning service
Great value for money
Cleaned really well
Love how we get text to say what time coming and then the notification after works done
Staff at the office for any info are helpful and friendly
