Amazing amazing amazing! Number one baby product (the smuggler) and number one mummy product (the pram muffs) and my most recommended products to new mums! I love them so so much, so versatile and soooo comfy for my baby who loves to sleep in his pram!!!

Purchased a buggy liner/‘snuggler’ but quickly realised that when installed in my Joie Finiti Signature pushchair, it won’t collapse down at all.. therefore cannot be stowed in cupboard or taken in the car if liner is on pushchair.

I reached out to the team on Instagram and after some back and forth they have confirmed the buggy should collapse 90% with the liner installed. As this was not the case for me I asked if it was possible to return the item as it is not fit for purpose. I was told this is not possible.

This is a luxury purchase for me- I took time to think it over and really did ‘treat myself (& baby). I now have an item I cannot use for a considerable sum with no option to return.

Binibamba have said there is ‘no more they can do’ for me. They have not done anything to try and help. I feel upset, disappointed and totally uninvested in the brand.

If you have a Joie Finiti Signature pushchair avoid purchasing a liner from this company to avoid the same disappointment.

Kind and quick and helpful customer support. This is a company that cares about their customers and as a returning customer I’m really happy with support and the quality of the items I’ve had from binibamba. Big fan!

My favourite brand for baby shower gifts! A fabulous treat, that not many people would buy for themselves. Not only does it make the mamas smile, but gives them peace of mind knowing their baby is warm and snug in winter and regulated in the summer. I love the classic milk liners which look great in any colour pram. But have also just purchased the mittens for another gift along with a pair for my sings Christmas present.

The colour ways were difficult to choose from because they have so many cute options. Bought this in winter, but can’t wait to give it a go in summertime too!

I had a small issue with one of the snugglers and Hannah went above and beyond to help, even sending a replacement. Binibambas customer service has been fantastic, not to mention the quality of their products are amazing! I have brought the whole set for my baby - footmuff, snugglers and couldn’t resist the pram mitts for myself! I also love the fact that all their products are chemical free and safe on my babies skin.

My love of Binibamba began a few years ago as I saw the yin yang snuggler on instagram, so once I became pregnant this year I knew I needed to have it! I ordered it a couple of days ago, it arrived this morning and I am absolutely over the moon!
I also ordered the larger and smaller flat bears (separately because I loved them so so much), and the Teddy Hat.
All of the items are so beautifully made, and have that amazing sheepskin scent that reminds me of being a child.
I couldn’t be happier with my items and can’t wait to order more, thanks so much Binibamba!!

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I ordered the wrong item and miss understood a code and Binibamba quickly responded and rectified both of my errors for me and so quickly and politely. I already have the snuggle vest for my little one and just waiting for a few more pieces, so excited for them to arrive. Fantastic brand, customer service and product.

Our son Beau who is now 9 months absolutely loves his snuggler and it's definitely helped him enjoy many a decent snooze in the stroller. We also received excellent customer service from Hannah and we will most definitely be back to get some more goodies from binibamba soon!

There’s nothing cuter than a baby in Binibamba. Everything is made to an exceptional quality and with children in mind. Our snuggle suit is lightweight yet warm. The sleeves fold over to cover the babies hands and it’s a lot easier to do up and undo than other pram suits we’ve tried. The customer service is great also.

We ordered the Dalmatian sheepskin liner for our baby boy after hearing wonderful reviews - and it did not disappoint! Perfect for a cold Scottish winter in the pram. The tote fits lots in too ❤️
