I am extremely disappointed with Bingopay Services
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Bingopay. As of today, Wednesday, our payout was due last Friday, and we have yet to receive any updates or the promised payouts. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and telegram, there has been no response from their end.
The lack of communication and failure to meet the agreed-upon timelines are highly unprofessional. Timely payouts are crucial for the smooth operation of our business, and the complete disregard for this commitment has caused significant inconvenience.
I expected better customer service and a more responsible approach to fulfilling obligations. The lack of transparency and responsiveness has not only affected our financial operations but has also raised serious concerns about the reliability of Bingopay.
I cannot recommend their services to others based on this unsatisfactory experience and loss of the money.
