I've played a number of similar sites and this is by far the best. The payouts are done on a reasonable basis. The daily bonus slots are terrific and the help desk is very responsive and efficient.
Having deposited a couple hundred a week and being lucky enough to cash out many times, my bingo account has been sanctioned. Now they have my account on a 5x play through, which is impossible to do.... See more

It's sometimes difficult to deposit when you change servers so much. Some of my cards no longer work. But with the cards that do, I don't have any problems.

Mania is a reputable site
Mania is a reputable site. I enjoy the games and the chat managers in the rooms are very knowledgeable. Mania support group personnel are always there to help if you have problems. Fair play is so-so. There are times when one individual wins more than their share of winnings in the rooms and on a daily basis. Some people state Mania puts robots in the rooms and those are the ones that win repeatedly.

Hi Deb,
Thank you for your thoughtful review and kind words about our games, chat hosts, and support team. We’re so glad to hear you’ve been enjoying your time with us.
As you know, BingoMania was one of the first online bingo sites, launched back in 1996, and we’re still proudly operated by the same team and owners. From the very beginning, our foundation has been built on fair play, and that hasn’t changed in nearly three decades (yikes we're nearing 30 years old!)
We can assure you there are no robots or automated players in our rooms. Everyone you see is a real person having fun just like you. We know the more our players enjoy their time, the more they play, and that joy is what keeps our community thriving.
Even with certified random number generators, we understand it can feel discouraging when familiar names win often. That’s why we’re always working to extend the fun with 1TG and consolation prizes, daily free spins, personal missions, added tournaments, and exclusive rewards.
We’re thankful you’re part of our BingoMania family and appreciate your continued trust. 💛

Plus occasional free games during evening specials for extra fun! 🎉
We also offer great bonuses and promotions to help extend your gameplay and get even more value from your deposits.
Also be on the lookout for daily free spins and other surprises that we inject into your game.

Hi Paula,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being part of BingoMania for almost 10 years. We truly appreciate your loyalty.
We understand how it can feel seeing familiar winners, as you might be aware, there are a few ways to improve your chances. Multi-part games help spread more wins, and most rooms have 1TG consolation prizes and chat games where you can win extra bonuses. In the evenings, there are more rooms open, and playing in the less populated ones can increase your odds.
You can also use the pre-purchase feature to buy cards during quieter hours, even if you’re not online. That way, you don’t miss out on great opportunities to win.
Moreover, we're working on revamping our rewards program to provide added ways for you to experience winning moments. If you have any suggestions or ways in which we can make BingoMania more enjoyable for you, please email me directly vip@bingomania.com.
Thanks again for being part of our community, Paula.
