FUN FUN FUN
After reading so many bad reviews, I thought what did my friend Nikki and I get ourselves into. We were pleasantly surprised... we had a blast!
In Tampa FL, a $35 tix includes entry, bingo book, pen and a thunder glow stick.
I would recommend getting there early if you want seats up close to stage but honestly dont think it
matters where you sit. Everyone was
having fun!
Drinks and food are more expensive than your local bar but less than concerts/sporting events.
Fun music! Some prizes are silly and some were great. Ranging from a cardboard cut out to a 70in TV to a Vegas Trip.
Lots of people dress up. Tutus, glow in the dark clothes/lights, 80s, etc!
Bonus: I had a fun evening with one of my friends with memories to last a lifetime.
Not worth the $50 to get in
Not worth the $50 to get in
Doors open 1.5 hours before anything begins. If you get a bingo, you may not actually win since you are challenged to do something on stage against another audience member who can steal your prize. Cant call it a prize tho, a dildo? Seriously? Unpacked air fryer, stuffed animal? Cardboard cutout? Too much time with filler and not enough playing bingo.
These people on here complaining are…
These people on here complaining are just that complainers i’ll give it to you str8 100% bingo loco in nashville was absolutely lit amazing time music was awesome prizes were ok to be honest did give a trip to vegas away we
played 3 games on 3 cards music in between was an amazing time drinks are expensive
Chaotic, awkward, and not worth the price
I would give a negative number if I could.
This was my first time attending Bingo Loco, and while it started with great energy and music, the experience quickly became disappointing.
The bingo itself was disorganized. Numbers were called rapidly with no display anywhere, in very low lighting, making it difficult to follow along without using your phone flashlight. There was no clear flow—music would start, everyone would be told to get up, and then it would abruptly stop mid-song while numbers started being called again.
For tickets ranging from $40–$60, the prizes were underwhelming. Items like a helmet and low-value giveaways didn’t feel appropriate for the audience. Even more frustrating, winners weren’t simply allowed to win—they had to stay on stage and compete in dance-offs just to keep prizes they had already earned.
The moment that completely turned us off was when a winner had to bring family members on stage and grind on a large stuffed sloth. That crossed from fun into uncomfortable very quickly.
We ended up leaving early. For a sold-out event, the value just wasn’t there, and the experience didn’t match the hype.
Save your money—you’ll have a better chance winning something worthwhile buying scratch-offs.
1 star is more than they deserve.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
Booked 15 tickets for a hen party, full payment taken and tickets issued. Bingo loco then got in touch via email, which was headered with "do not reply" cancelling all 15 tickets as they oversold their event. Their email on their website comes back with an auto reply that it's no longer in use and they're chat response in grossly unhelpful and pays little to no attention to your message. Replying back with what looks like copied out scripts. They were informed this was booked for a hen party with other bookings and non refundable deposits paid for activities planned around their event, yet, they suggested rescheduling, very clearly not paying attention to the message they were sent.
Clearly caring more about the money their customers pay than actual customer experience.
My rating would be negative if I could
My rating would be negative if I could. We all know it was expensive $40+ to get in and then the expensive drink drinks. But there was also so much more. Three of us went all age 60+. It was beyond belief. I hope there weren’t any real prudes there.
One of the prizes was a dildo. Yes you read that right. The host was absolutely disgusting. He seemed to think he had to swing it around on stage holding it. You don’t have to imagine where. He shredded around the stain swinging. I can’t even think of a word to describe how bad it was. But it got worse.
To win a prize, at the one I attended, you had to get bingo, but you also had to do trick tricks. We still think the first winner was a plant. The guy had to play air guitar to get the guitar. I forget the other others but this one really sticks out in my memory. The host put the dildo on some kind of clear box. It was securely attached . The girl who won was told she had to pick it up without using her hands. I will let your imaginations run wild on that note. We were sitting at the end of the table near the aisle, where this was happening. Talk hundred thousand dollars about wanting to hide under the table. Thankfully, I was visiting a friend and nobody knew me.
This company needs to just go away quickly and quietly.
The Bingo Loco event I attended in…
The Bingo Loco event I attended in Lynchburg, VA was a disappointment. I wouldn't go again, and it's definitely not worth the money. Traditional bingo gives you far more value. At Bingo Loco, you're mainly paying for the dancing and entertainment, not the actual games. You only get seven games, and the prizes are cheap. The final game was for a trip to Las Vegas--something you can easily find great deals on yourself.
There were around 250 people, plus concession stands that just meant spending even more. The two entertainers kept messing up the games with the number calling and seemed out of it. Overall, save your time and money. They're making plenty, but the quality isn't there. I won't spend another dime on Bingo Loco.
North Ireland. If I could give no stars I would

An Unspoken Rule Lead to Ruining My Birthday
Yesterday was my birthday and I was genuinely excited to try Bingo Loco for the first time at Texas Live!. I had planned the night with my son and friends, and we were all looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience turned into something really upsetting for us.
My son and two others were coming from a wedding and were running a little behind. With the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix traffic and road closures around the area, getting there was even harder than expected. They arrived only about 20 minutes late and were told they could not come in because of a supposed “strict no late entry” policy. They drove over an hour to celebrate with me.
The problem is that I read everything I could find beforehand — the Texas Live! website, the ticket information, and the Bingo Loco site — and nowhere did it clearly state this rule. If I had known there was absolutely no late entry allowed, I never would have bought the tickets knowing my son might arrive a little later.
What made it worse was how we were treated when we tried to ask for help. The person working the gate was rude and dismissive. I spoke to a waitress who brought a manager, but the manager just blamed everything on Bingo Loco and offered no solution. When I tried to contact Bingo Loco directly, there is no phone number, and the email listed on their website literally states they do not respond to emails. AXS, the ticket provider, wouldn’t help either.
So we paid for tickets that my son and friends were never allowed to use, and no one would take responsibility or even try to make it right.
Maybe the show itself is fun, but when something goes wrong, there is absolutely no support and no accountability. What should have been a special birthday memory with my son turned into a frustrating and hurtful experience. After this, I will never attend again, and I’m incredibly disappointed that Texas Live also failed to clearly post this supposed “strict rule” while pointing fingers instead of helping.
I understand that venues may have policies, but those policies need to be clearly communicated to customers before tickets are purchased. At this point, I’m simply hoping someone from Bingo Loco or Texas Live! will review this situation and consider making it right.
An underwhelming experience
Overcrowded, huge fire hazard, failed on all liquor licensing aspects. Intoxicated guests were continually served drinks, no food or even snacks available as per requirements. These one off events need to be better monitored for compliance. 500 people and 2 bar staff. No opportunity to get to the stage if you were seated at the back to win a prize due to over crowding. I would not say it was too loud it was simply unclear speaking. Many struggled with what was being said. Also when seated at the back there was only one occasion of interaction by the hosts. All confetti/streamers were for those in the front. Prizes were terrible- cheap and nasty and a very disappointing $500 major prize. Overall a very disappointing when we were really looking forward to this night of difference.
If I could give a minus it would be…
If I could give a minus it would be -10. Started out ok then downhill from there as it was tasteless. The swearing was way above regular for bingo or comedy and a total waste of money. Prizes were crap no one knew where the holiday destination was I think prizes were rigged. We walked out. Seems to be a money maker for the owner only. Avoid like the plague.
This was in Sydney, Australia.
Total scam, grand prize never awarded
I enjoyed the experience overall and wanted to go again with friends but I won the grand prize trip to Cancun. I have contacted them and was given a form to complete and was told I would hear back after 10 days. It’s been three weeks and I’ve received no contact. I see a lot of reviews about this scam and wish I saw them before attending. They are a total scam and it will certainly catch up with them soon enough.
Fantastisk fest i Poolen
Fantastisk fest i Poolen, god musik og underholdning
Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. Didn’t even get a bingo card, there were no seats and venue was unhelpful
Bingo Loco is amazing!!
If you’ve ever wondered whether Bingo Loco lives up to the hype, it absolutely does, and then some. This was non-stop, high-energy, dance-party chaos in the best possible way. From the moment we sat down, the music was bumping, the host was on fire, and the entire room was engaged the whole night.
The crowd was amazing. Truly all ages 21+ were represented. The host even had everyone cheer by birth decade, and we had everything from 20-somethings to great grandmothers in the room. There were birthday celebrations everywhere, a bachelorette party, big friend groups, and vendor friends. It never felt cliquey or awkward. Just a huge mix of people all there to have fun together.
The prizes were next level. A 55” TV and a final grand prize trip for two to Las Vegas had the entire room losing their minds. I had serious FOMO the few minutes I had to step away for the restroom because you do not want to miss a second of what’s happening.
The host kept the energy up the entire time. Singing, dancing, hype moments, zero dead air. If you want an experience where everyone participates and no one is just sitting around watching, this is it.
Ten10 Events deserves major credit for how incredibly smooth and FUN this event was, especially with around 1,250 attendees. The venue setup is honestly what made Bingo Loco work so well here.
Parking can feel intimidating because the lot is smaller, but we planned ahead and it made the entire night a breeze. We arrived early, dropped our cars, took an Uber to and from a nearby restaurant. Zero stress, no rushing, and we didn’t worry about parking at all. Honestly, I’d do it the same way again.
Check-in was shockingly easy. Even with a long line, it moved fast because you weren’t just standing around. You were constantly walking. Wristbands, bingo cards, and marker pickup were quick and well organized, and clear signage made it obvious where to go once inside.
The VIP section was perfection. Front and center, not tucked off to the side. We were fully in the action and absolutely showered in confetti all night. And yes, the confetti was massive and piled up on our tables, but I loved it. It added to the festive, over-the-top vibe and made everything feel even more fun and immersive.
Food and drinks were decently priced, and the QR code ordering at the tables was such a win. You could order food or drinks right from your phone and they were delivered to you, so you never had to miss the action standing in a line.
The staff was attentive, friendly, and fun all night. You could tell they were on top of things and genuinely enjoying the event too. Bonus points for the additional porta potties outside. Not waiting in a long ladies room line at an event this size is huge.
Ten10’s layout, staff, VIP placement, and overall flow made this event feel seamless, comfortable, and insanely fun, even with a packed house. If Bingo Loco is looking for a venue that can truly support this level of energy and crowd size, this is absolutely it.
Indescribable.....but I'll try
Unprofessional, dull, loud, shit prizes (were they cleaning out the back storage room?). I mean lots of people looked like they were having a good time but they were very drunk and I wondered if many of them were in fact actors because the behaviour was bonkers. The winners got up on stage and did humiliating acts. Lots of random people filming those acts..what for? The actual bingo but was awful. No flow. Host got mixed up...what game are we on? I wonder what the hosts put on thier tax return under job title...because they sure as heck couldn't put down entertainer.
Won the grand prize
Won the grand prize, a trip for two to Cancun! We won the trip at an event in Las Vegas and requested to fly out of our home town airport in Texas. They disregarded our request and we had to fly out of Las Vegas to Dallas then to Cancun. We waved at our house as we flew over it (haha). Turns out they purchase basic economy ticket. No issue flying in economy…. However, we were allowed only one carryon so my wife’s purse was the carryon and we had to pay for the checked luggage. So far free trip has cost us $600 for tickets to Las Vegas and $70 in checked bag fees. When we arrived in Cancun we took a taxi to the hotel. Upon checking in we were advised our reservations were cancelled by a third party (Bingo Loco) and we had to pay $254 a night if we wanted to stay at the hotel. Several emails to Bingo Loco have gone unanswered. We ended up going to an all-inclusive resort and paying $1300. In review $1970 spent on a “free” Grand Prize winning trip to Cancun. Thank you Bingo Loco, you guys are a scam. Just want to say I made the decision to fly to Las Vegas I am ok with that… everything after that, SHAME ON YOU BINGO LOCO for stranding us in Cancun without a hotel and not responding to our emails. Because of the basic economy (non-refundable or exchangeable)ticket we would have had to purchase our own ticket home.
Bingo Loco is truly a scam
Went to Bingo Loco and had a good time. Won the Grand Prize of a Cancun trip and was scammed. They purchased flights and reserved a hotel room. Flights went great but when arrived at the hotel it showed that Bingo Loco canceled the reservation 2 days after we had confirmed the reservations with them. Left us stranded in Cancun and Bingo Loco never followed up with our emails reaching out.
Over-priced For What We Got
The music was great. The hosts were energetic and engaging. The bar staff were friendly and doing the best they could to serve everyone.
Was it worth $47 USD? Absolutely not!
And the drinks were $12 and up. At that price, when I order a screwdriver, I don't want No Name Sunny D as the mix (even name brand Sunny D would be gross). 🤢 I want actual orange juice. Yes, folks, that's what they had for their OJ.
I would not attend again. 😕
