Do yourself a favor and don't give this bingo site your money!!!

this bingo site seems absolutely fraudulent... avoid at all costs... spend your money somewhere else!! i was playing in the high 5 room and had 3 full lines long before it popped up saying other people had won... i should have won the 2 lines prize and the 3 lines prize but... but didn't... i assumed it was some kind of technical glitch as i;ve heard of it happening on other sites and thought it would be sorted out by contacting support.... i first spoke to the live help... but half way through the conversation the live help adviser left the room and stopped me from sending further messages... so i called the telephone helpline and spoke to an extremely rude unhelpful woman who refused to admit there could be glitch with the sites software which ended... wouldn't even give me a refund for the money i deposited and put on the tickets... I googled the telephone number and noticed the bingo site has changed its name numerous times.., which leads me to assume that they changed the names because of bad reviews, as businesses sometimes do for a fresh start so there is no negative association in the media with the name..... i play on all the big name bingo sites and i've never had customer service so rude and to be honest i smell a rat with this site.... spend your money somewhere else guys!!! AVOID... AVOID...AVOID!!!!! it makes me wonder how many people its happened to without them realizing.... i often look away from the screen while playing bingo but lucky i was watching the screen this time... at least i know not to deposit anymore money now.. sorry I did in the first place though!!
