THIEVES

THIEVES! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HELP YOU IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY.
I bought a spin bike from them in June/july through wowcher. It came and within the first few days I had issues with the left pedal. I contacted them and they took almost a week to reply. Then they told me I cant have a replacement bike or return it as I didn't have the box it came in!!!
After weeks of slow replies they sent me a replacement part for the bike which is no good.
Absolutely disgusted with this company, they clearly don't know what customer service or being a decent person is.
Now I have a bike which I can't use and still have to pay for.
Please don't waste your money on this company. If you have any issues they won't help you and you'll be wishing you never spent so much money in the first place.

I purchased a Hurricane X2 spinning…

I purchased a Hurricane X2 spinning bike on 21st of August and the left pedal is broken after having used it 4 times.
I have emailed then for a repair, sent videos and pictures and they have not replied. Since they’re taking so long, I asked for a refund. I Keep sending emails asking for either a repair or refund and no answer whatsoever. It has been a month and They’re literally ignoring my emails and there’s not contact number to call. Plus, I was sent a totally different item to the one advertised

Gogroupie / Bing Bang Bosh

I bought a treadmill 2 months ago. It arrived about 2 weeks after purchase date. When I unpacked it and set it up it turned not to be working. It has never worked. I bought it on the Gogroupie.com site. There is NO customer service. No telephone contact number. Only an email response which takes 4 - 5 days for a response. No accountability whatsoever. I have been back and forth with an Admin Manager called Mr Akram for the last 6 weeks who keeps promising to deliver a working treadmill but so far nothing and everytime a different excuse. I will now try to get a refund and contact trading standards and the ombudsman or litigate to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Unless of course you are looking for trouble.

Absolutely disgusting customer…

Absolutely disgusting customer services, still waiting on a refund for over a month, quick to take your money and product back. Still waiting on my refund, WARNING YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR LAWYERS FOR YOUR REFUND! Absolutely appalling.

***WARNING***
I would have given well less than 1STAR but this wasn’t possible.
Do not buy anything from this company.
It is only due to PayPal that I have had my money returned. Like others, Hurricane X2 spinning bike which was nothing like the Wowcher advert but had X2 stickers and arrived in an X2 box and had instructions that I can’t believe we’re written by somebody from planet Earth.
A total disgrace. I can’t believe Wowcher deal with this company.
Bingbangbosh are complete criminals and the X2 spinning bike is a scam.

This is the first review I have ever…

This is the first review I have ever done but I had to WARN people please do NOT buy anything from this company you will get burnt. I purchased the hurricane x2 bike through wowcher. When the bike arrived it was definitely not to the specification advertised On wowchers website and after the first go the whole pedal fell off and could not be fixed causing me injuries. At first bing bang bosh was replying back to my emails quite quickly, that was until I asked for a refund to which they wanted me to pay £40 to have the faulty item returned. I have yet to hear anything back from them since the beginning of July regarding my refund. Wowcher have also been emailing them on several occasions but again no response. Please listen to the other reviews on here and do not purchase anything through this cow boy company I regret so much not doing my research first.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS

If I could give a zero I would.
Ordered a treadmill and was given a delivery date which has come and gone. No updates as to why this is delayed. No responses to my numerous emails.
I WANT A FULL REFUND.
Absolute criminals, taking advantage of people wanting to stay fit and healthy during lockdown.

WORST COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH!

Seems like I’m not the only one who’s had issues with the spin bike, the leg kept unwinding itself when pedalling so I contacted Bingbangbosh and they said I can send it back but I have to pay £40! I had weeks of arguing with them explaining why should I have to pay to send a faulty item back, but they would just ignore me and Wowcher were no help at all. I finally begrudgingly paid the £40 as I wanted the bike out of my living room taking up space. It then took over 2 weeks from the day I paid to it finally being collected, as bingbangbosh had given a different mobile number to the courier firm for them to call me to arrange pickup! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, should be shut down, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Won’t ever use Wowcher again either!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Bought a faulty home exercise bike, a chunk x 2 hurricane. Pedal arm kept falling off, LCD display broken. Company wouldn't offer a refund and were trying to charge me 40 pounds to have the item returned, leaving me out of pocket. Avoid this company.

Disappointing product

I purchased a Hurricane X2 spin bike via a Wowcher offer which at the time, seemed really good value. I wish I checked reviews first! The item arrived on time but when I opened the box, I instantly realised that the product I had been sent was a far older, inferior product that was completely different to the one advertised. I did really want a bike tho and decided that I would see what it was like assembled. Sadly, upon building it, it was clear I had some missing parts, but worst of all, the seat height only has a few positions. So even if I had all the parts, I wouldn't have been able to use the bike as the saddle doesn't adjust to my height. To be fair, I am 5'9 so am pretty tall. I'm writing this review as I wouldn't want anyone else to be caught out like I have with this offer. Quite how Wowcher help is a mystery too. I'm yet to get a refund despite the clear issues and the company are insisting that 'I' pay the collection fee of £40. I will post another review once I have an update.

** Update 7/8/2020

The company are still refusing to collect the item at their cost and refund the purchase. They HAVE offered to replace the incorrect item but refuse to guarantee that the replacement will be the same item advertised. So no progress made. I have referred this to Wowcher who seem to refuse any responsibility for this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scammers - Do not buy from them or Starz Ltd

I purchase a spin bike through a Wowcher deal on the 26 May 2020, it was a faulty item and likely to have set my house on fire given that the flywheel on the bike was getting extremely hot with the friction of the pad to produce tension. After over 20 emails they finally picked up the bike on the 25 June when I original contacted them on the 6 of June. They haven't refunded me, they don't answer calls or reply to emails and their contact number doesn't work. To make matters worst, Wowcher are not answering calls and all they do is forward your email to the company which they ignore alongside with the email from the customer. So far there has been over 30 emails and NO REFUND. they have had the item back since the 25 June and nothing!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WOWCHER.

Our company does not handle refunds directly. As the product was purchased on wowcher they are responsible for applying refunds. We had applied for the customer's refund 3 days after the defective item was collected. It is unfair to fault us when refunds are out of our hands.

Faulty goods but good customer service

Like a few others I have had issues with the hurricane x2 spin bike.
Mine completely broke. When I got through to company (make sure to use email not online form) they arranged for bike to be collected and refund.
Not ideal that there was a problem with item in first place, but I didn’t have any issues with getting a refund

Faulty treadmill but good customer service

I bought a treadmill from wowcher for a very good price. When it came however, it was faulty. Unlike many reviews I’ve read on here, I had very fast responses and they issued my full refund as soon as the item was returned. The item shouldn’t have came faulty but I have had a completely different experience to other people.

AWFUL

AWFUL, DO NOT BUY!!

I have purchased a Hurricane X2 spin bike off Wowcher, and the bike that came was not even the same bike. It has scuffs everywhere, the frame was bent and seat was broke.

Chased several times and no response. I have tracked down the owners via companies house. If they do not reply to me within the next 4 days then I will be taking this to the police. This is major fraudulent activity and are clearly doing to many people.

Item arrived damaged couldn’t pick up &…

Item arrived damaged couldn’t pick up & drop replacement off on same day so said I want a refund. They kept asking for photos of damaged box and product which I did straight away and they acknowledged receiving but then on two more occasions asked for photos which I said I’d sent. They said yeah got them only to ask again the next day. Kept telling me different days of when item would be picked up so wasn’t sure what day I needed to make sure I was in as I’m still working so had to arrange around work. Thank god item has now gone. Wouldn’t use this company again as no one knew what was happening
