I cannot support these guys anymore. It's just shameful greed and exploitation of a fanbase at this point. Even eBay scalpers aren't this bad!

They stopped taking pre-orders of their Pokemon products last year only to re-release their pre-order allocation, but at actual insane prices.

I refuse to buy singles from them until they refrain from these practices. Dollar signs for eyes type greed. Shame on you.

Yes please, as an example can you explain to me why you were charging £39.99 for the pokemon day box? Where the rrp is £14.99/15.99? Your store was by far the most egregious. Even ebay scalpers were selling them for less than £30.

My initial experience at first was one of frustration as I had ordered an item which was out of stock due to a multiple purchase over different platforms...so, I was disappointed.

however, after I ordered an item which was sold out I sent an email and they replied to offering me a suitable option and an alternative product which was more ideal than the original.

What I loved most about dealing with Binderly was the personal approach and it's refreshing to have issues resolved by an actual human being.

I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Scalpers!! Selling preorder product for double msrp. Shame on you

Its been 2 weeks since the Release of the Avatar set.
My order has not been sent, and they are refusing to respond to any messages.

Incredibly unprofessional.

Preorder has not been delivered a week after release. Binderly have not been responded to a request for an updated delivery date and cancellation procedure.
Poor communication. Will be starting the process to get my money refunded through my credit card provider at this point.

I pre-ordered a MTG boxset in August.
Decided that I no longer wanted it and wanted to cancel the pre-order.

There's no email or phone number on the site. The only options seem to be instagram or discord.

Sent a message on instagram asking to cancel my pre-order, which they replied asking for the order number. I sent over the order number.

I've used a shopify shop (which is the back end of the Binderly site) before so I know when it gets cancelled or refunded the status on the order SHOULD change.

The order still showed as paid on my account.
Sent them another message.
Read & no reply.

Gave it a few days.
Sent them another message asking for it to be cancelled as i don't want to have to do a credit card chargeback.
The replied saying it will be cancelled.
Gave them a few more days.
Still showing as paid on my account.
Sent them another message.
Read and not replied.

Contacted my credit card company to do a charge back.

Joined their discord and messaged them on there. No reply.

My credit card company completed the charge back.

Only then did I get a email from Binderly apologising for the delay and they cancelled my pre-order on the site.

The whole process took about 3 weeks.

Wouldn't use them again.

Went above and beyond for me to ensure I got my order. At a time that suited me.

I brought in my girls for a Pokémon based browse for the second time, and it didn’t disappoint at all. You’re left to look at the stock without feeling hovered over, and we were helped flawlessly when we needed it. We left having had a stash of goodies and even a further stash of free gifts for the birthday girl and her sister- they were delighted! I am very grateful for such a wonderful surprise and I’d recommend this business every time. We’ll be back! Thank you!

I've purchased from this seller before without issues, but I had an extremely disappointing and childish experience recently.

I won a break spot during a surprise listing that was accidentally priced at £1. The packs were assigned to me live on stream, but afterward, the seller said it was a mistake and asked me to cancel.

I didn't agree to cancel, but they're refusing to send what I rightfully won according to WhatNot TOS. They also won't cancel the order themselves because it affects their seller rating, so now the order just sits there unresolved.

As a final resolution, the seller hasn’t contacted me since, and opted to cancel the order, of which I’ll be taking up directly with WhatNot as this directly infringes TOS. Safe to say an extremely childish and unprofessional experience, and don’t intend to buy here anymore. The reviews speak for themselves.

Edit: After the seller agreed to send over the packs, he eventually never did. It’s been 4 weeks since he promised to send the packs, and yet nothing has been received. Very professional!

Thanks to Nate and the team. I was after a sealed case of Pokemon 151 booster bundle. Nate sorted me out 2 sealed display cases for a great price, shipped next day delivery can’t recommend them enough! Thanks again! Would deffo shop with a Binderly in the future!

Everything was great, but the price was about 30% over market, if not I would have given it the 5 stars.
