ACMO waste removal hired a bin 14.40 bin arrived week later collection took place…. Then I lost my bank card had to wait for new card to come today they demanded I pay for the missed collection which they never took anyway absolute con artist be careful people of Cardiff
At our sheltered housing we have one double bin for cardboard. There are only forty people or so here and it gets collected once a month. We don’t have food bins. Seems to me they don’t want to collect bins at all! I see another is going to be reduced.

Please do not use this company, Our bins have never been emptied. Unable to get anyone to answer the phone or answer any of my 10 e-mails. I have been charged for 3 collections so far but our bins have never been emptied.
I also wish I had never had any dealings with this business.
Please note I have already sent 3 texts to the number asking for someone to call me back and no-one has ever called me.
