Would give 0 stars if possible

Would give 0 stars if possible. I was forced to move from .COM to Binance.US. I spent weeks trying to get address verified, and getting nothing but a canned response from support to "try again". Finally, after many weeks I got a tiny amount of help stating I would have to start the validation processes over. I asked why, what went wrong, to avoid making same mistake again, and have been waiting for months to get a response. Absolute worst company I've worked with.

I'm infuriated with binance.us

I'm infuriated with binance.us. I've been buying and selling stocks for 4 years with different brokers and just recently got into crypto beginning of 2021. I bought a crypto only available through binance after doing my own due diligence knowing it was going to be profitable. I put in a buy order the day before it had a 50% gain, the order was filled and it gave me confirmation it was purchased at that moment...come to find out they filled the order days later at the peak of the runup!! Oh how convenient!!!! Not only did I miss the profit I'm now down that much. Why send a notification that it was purchased at that very moment you put in a buy order but it actually wasn't. Every other broker I've used would notify me that itll take a couple days for the order to fill before I CONFIRM the purchase. WHY BINANCE! GIVE A HEADS UP. At least it was just a couple hundred and not thousands.

Zero response to help requests

ZERO Stars - not 1. Support is completely non-existent. I submitted a help request with one, simple question. But 5 WEEKS later still have received no response other than the initial, auto-generated email stating, "Due to an influx of unexpected volume, our response may be slightly delayed." Slightly? If more than 5 weeks is "slightly" delayed I'd hate to find out what they consider to be an extremely long delay. Very sketchy company, as is now well-documented.

Defective company with zero customer support

This is a broken company with a broken website.

They have absolutely zero customer support and their KYC is defective. I've never had any trouble with KYC at any other exchanges, but Binance.US KYC is totally defective.

I opened two tickets; both are over a month old with no response. This company has absolutely zero customer support representatives; I guess they cannot be bothered to hire anyone! I refuse to do business with a company like this. What a joke!

I lost my 2FA password to my BinanceUS account, so I reached out to them and I sent all three things that was ask me not once but twice and still haven't heard back from them. I would not recommend. Do your research and you'll see they are not trustworthy and worse customer service ever

Beware When I try to withdrawal my money in…

When I try to withdrawal my money in USD it says I can't due to Risk Management!! When I try to withdrawal any crypto to a different wallet it says I can't due to account restrictions. I have sent 7 emails to customer support with no reply's only a bot with links to help files none of them provide any help nothing! I have reported them to the SEC and the FBI and have been told I will probably never see my money again. I am amazed they are stealing from so many people!!! and getting away with it!! Beware!! do not use them. They are based in Japan.

Missing Crypto! - No support available

Transferred crypto to my binance.us account on 12/14.. nothing arrived. Opened support ticket same day and provided transaction ID however for 5 days there has been no response.. logged into ticket system to get update and see my ticket has been "solved" with no explanation. Still don't have my crypto.. and when I try to open another ticket it just says they are including the new request with the original ticket (which has been closed!)..

This company is truely pathetic.. do yourself a BIG favor and use another exchange.

Horrible in every way

Horrible in every way. Terrible customer service. They block withdrawals for no reason, then threaten to take "further action" if you don't submit to invasive questions. They encourage customers to use an anti-phishing code, so all official emails can be verified, yet send emails without this code requesting a Source of Wealth form, with sensitive financial info they want uploaded to a Google Docs form. If this isn't a total scam it's highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

I wish I could give 0 stars.

Where to begin? I initiated a trade (dollars for ADA). Funds aren't available for 8 days. Eight days pass and attempts to withdraw are met with "A portion of your assets have been locked...". The message goes on to say to check my fiat history to see why. There is no explanation to be found. Both my fiat deposit and my crypto purchase were credited as if available for trade or withdrawal.

When I made my initial purchase, which I wanted to be a recurring buy, I had a message that it had failed and to retry. I retried four times only to find that each one had been successful. Had I not discovered that their error message was itself in error, I would have had another (unexpected) 4X withdrawal from my account the following month.

Three attempts to get questions answered and just average service have failed. Thank you Trustpilot for giving me a place to vent and hopefully dissuade others from surrendering their time to this time pirate of a site.

I applied and they declined my identification. they asked for these items which I sent:
Please provide the following information so we can verify that your documents comply with our requirements:

Step 1): Attach a photo of your Driver's License or ID card (front and back). If you don't have one, we'll accept a Passport as long as it displays the entire information page (photo and signature).

Step 2): Attach a selfie photo of yourself holding your proof of identification (Step 1).

Step 3): Attach a file containing your Proof of Address (such as a Utility Bill, Bank Statement, etc.) within the last 90 days. The address must match the same address used to pass the verification process.

Step 4): Attach a valid photo that shows your nine-digit Social Security Number. This photo can either reflect your Social Security Card, or W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement).

Lucky for me my deposits FAILED

Couldn't deposit $ using any method which ended up in my favor. this morning my WALLET disappeared. Gone. And there is no customer service to interact with except they will send you articles to read thru. Not really helpful. I was really LUCKY my deposits failed. Definitely not using them.

Binance.us withdrew the money from my bank account and never deposited it in my wallet. It's been 3 weeks, you can't reach no one and absolutely no reply on my support tickets. I'm now disputing the charge,but I'm totally disappointed and disgusted.
