One leg of the stand on my office chair broke after a number of years of use. Tried a new replacement chair from a well known on-line store but it just wasn't comfortable so returned it.

Decided I'd never find a chair as comfortable as the one I already have (not being able to visit a store to test doesn't help) so decided to obtain a replacement base. Ordered a replacement base from BIMI on Thursday, received on Friday.

The quality of my new work desk cannot be faulted...absolutely spot on, ticks all the boxes. Good communication with the seller and excellent delivery service, they even took the desk packages upstairs for me as I have problems with my legs. I cannot recommend this service high enough.

I ordered a replacement gas lift for my office chair. The ordering process was simple and the order executed efficiently, arriving a few days later. There were no problems with the product. The only slight snag was that the track link in the confirmation email was not set up but it was relatively easy to independently go to the Royal Mail Tracking site and paste in the tracking number from the email.
