Today I booked via Biluthyrning.nu. My booking was from Malmö but when I got the receipt it explained it would be from Copenhagen. Naturally, I contacted the firm immediately to fix the mistake. They explained they did not have a car in Malmö and I would have to pay a penalty of 500 SEK if I wanted to cancel, even though I had made the booking only a couple of minutes earlier.
