Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with their customer service. They’re excellent over the phone and their inspection service is thorough, offering helpful advice and recommendations that genuinely prioritize the customer’s best interests. My visit was to the service point in Haninge, and the team there really stood out.
The technician appeared to be deliberately looking for faults in the car. During the inspection, he asked about my country of origin and made negative remarks about it. His behavior was unprofessional, and he repeatedly stated that he would never visit my country. His comments suggested a personal bias unrelated to the service.

I have booked a car inspection wihtout looking up about this company. They never sent any reminder message and yet they chraged me the full amount.

The only reason the police stopped so many back then was because of the Politicians no other reason and the Police reached was forced to get the numbers up and after they satisfied them the police turned back to their old habits with is well known in the whole Nordic bad and lazy is no lie and no secret I can't even understand that you can send this question out to each and every man and woman this is NOT for us to answer
Swedish police is so slow and lazy is truly disturbing. Just to get through to them is near impossible.
