Unreasonable people with no compassion…

Unreasonable people with no compassion or understanding. Have a parking permit at Chalmers and selected the wrong car by mistake in the app. I've paid for the wrong car even though I have a permit in the other car with which I'm parked. My mistake, but its easy to make in these apps. All I got was - "the bill will not be cancelled" - "its your responsibility". Its also billmates responsibility to not act like robots and show some understanding, humanity or compassion - call it what you like.
