The items I purchased I would rate as above satisfactory! My only issue was a problem with shipping, late receipt of a parcel I can understand, but the total lack of concern via emails and ho-hum conversation via a phone call was very irritating!! I expected better customer service, the kind one would receive from the actual manufacturer. I will consider making future purchases though.
