I was going to disconnect my bill advisor but so far they are saving me more money a month then I am paying for the service, so I am keeping the service.I have the best service rep in Tracey another reason I will keep it if she can continue to save me money each month. She is very on top of my account and keeps in contact with me

First day saved over 1100 dollars a year. Worth the money.

My Personal Bill Advisor Tracy Macari is the best. She is always professional, has good recommendations, very responsive to all questions and saves me money. I have already saved several hundred dollars and highly recommend Bill Advisor based on my experience thus far.

David and the Bill Advisor team are great!! They have already identified over a thousand dollars savings annually for our family and we are not through all of our bills yet. They are a personal concierge for all of you bills and really give you a peace of mind that you are getting your best value for all of your home services and insurances. Would recommend to any home owner.

I have all ready saved more than enough to pay my monthly membership for the year and they have more to do. Looking forward to it.

Scam. They will charge you $100 upfront and then monthly for 12 months. Do yourself a favor and call American Light and Power. That is all they were able to save me money on. When I tried to cancel service I told the lady on the phone that my bill had not gone down, she told me "You must be using more electricity". Spend 20 minutes online yourself and save the $250 they charge.
scam scam scam

This is not the first review with this story, nor will it be the last. BillAdvisor has every characteristic a first-year law student would recognize as a buck naked scam. BillAdvisor sunk its financial fangs into my wallet through a signup to GoDish network. We refused all additional offers made by the GoDish rep when signing up for satellite TV. But 7 months later we notice that BIllAdvisor has been quite happily charging our credit card $13 a month for doing absolutely nothing. We never communicated with them. We never agreed to anything. I called them today and they said we still haven't sent them any bills that they could negotiate down for us - which proves their own system could quite easily generate a list of all "customers" who are being billed for not one scintilla of benefit. It is easy to imagine some finger-twiddling executive at BillAdvisor enjoying their morning coffee and planning their next vacation while reading their daily "Total Ripoffs Summary" - the monthly amount of bogus charges they're firing off against credit cards across the country. This is not a BBB situation. This is not a "customer" complaint situation. This is a class-action lawsuit cakewalk ripe for the picking.
UPDATE: 3/27/18 I called BillAdvisor as advised in their initial response to this posting. The person I spoke to refused to reverse the charges claiming that "under the law", they could only provide a refund for the last 3 months. I asked him what law that was. He says, "Merchant's law."
So obviously BillAdvisor has TRAINED him to provide this answer because it happens so often. Yet another red flag.
I said, "So you're saying if I didn't notice this charge for 10 years and you provided no service whatsoever that entire time, "the law" requires that I'd have to pay for nine years and nine months of bogus charges that I never agreed to in the first place?" He confirmed that. Then he repeatedly asked me the same question: "Would you like to utilize our services to offset the charges?" Of course I do not want to use your services. You are flat out refusing to refund fraudulent charges for something you have zero written or recorded proof of me agreeing to.
So here is the plan if BillAdvisor does not resolve the issue:
April 7th - email BillAdvisor's "help" email address.
April 14th - Google "@billadvisor.com" to find the direct email addresses of this sham company's executives.
April 21st - File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at this company's location.
April 28th - File a complaint with the State Attorney General's office for the state this company is located in
May 5th - File a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's office
May 12th - File a complaint with the US Consumer Protection Bureau
May 19th - Choose a consumer protection attorney in Washington state and initiate class-action lawsuit proceedings. A helpful link for others in the same situation (you'll need to remove the spaces):

Even though my initial experience with bill advisor was less then ideal....The company has the good sense and judgment to “make things right” I was contacted by the EVP to make sure that I knew the experience that I had with the company was not exceptable and he would more then make things right....I really appreciated that he took the time and made the effort to contact me. So...No hard feelings...give them a try
My review right now is only a 3 star because I have not actually seen the savings yet. I also wanted to see a savings on my natural Gas bill but the person I was talking to never mentioned the Natural Gas bill and hung up before I could ask. Was not happy with that as during the winter my natural gas bill is my biggest bill.

Just wish you had a referral program with an affiliate link, I could really help a lot of people that way!

Believe it is a good service and did save me over $1,000 for the year. Looking forward to saving even more
Saved me over $1500 on the first bill we worked on, and we’ve still got more to go!
I signed up for the service. Next thing I know I was charged $99.00. I called the next morning to cancel because I had hit wrong thing at sign up. Lady refused and said I MUST send 3 bills, so I did. I sent 4 Next thing I know she wants me to stay on the phone so she can call my accounts. Ok did that. Well we are at a month and still no savings so I call today. Worked with nice guy till he hangs up on me. Call back and he talks for a couple mins then hangs up again. Call back and talk to nice lady where she reviews my account and says I was right they didn’t save me anything and only her supervisor can cancel my account. She told me Ruby or Ashely would call me within 24 to 48 hrs to cancel. Then tonight I look at my bank and they take 14 more dollars. I have read the terms and conditions and no where did it state you have to send them 3 bills or you won’t get a refund. I just want this service gone and a refund for the money you guaranteed I would get back on the website
