little scratches on the pictures (acrylic glass)
I got my pictures pretty fast but unfortunately there are like 2 or 3 little scratches on them they don’t bother in a not lighted room but when the sun shines on it you can see them... the quality is also not as perfect as I hoped but for the price ( I got mine on sale) it was OK. Maybe the reason why the quality isn’t that good is that I did a collage so it wasn’t the actual size of the picture. I also think these things to get the picture hanging are a little too expensive so I didn’t bought them.
All in all, on sale, the price-performance ratio is okay!

Delivery great and reliable.
Design and material absolutely fine.
But I was disappointed that colours and brightness did not meet my expectations from the photo-configurations I made with the online tool.At the screen it wa with powerful colours. In reality it was not at all, but looked as if after 20x dish washer.

Ok to have fast and cheap products
Ok to have fast and cheap products, but not more:
Creating your product online is very easy and intuitive. Website speed is normal.
Then, the first drawback: Bilder.de promised to send off the product the next day, but it needed two days longer. When I contacted the support, I was disappointed again: Asking for the status of my order was a question beyond the authorization of the first instance customer support, so my question had to be forwarded.
When the product finally arrived (next drawback: Hermes - sorry, this is for me not the most reliable delivery service), everything was as ordered, but print quality was ok, but not as good as expected for the product type, and not as good as I know it from other print services.
