We interviewed several realtors and were very impressed with the presentation they brought to our first meeting.
We needed to sell our mothers property who just passed away so it was a delicate situation. They were very understanding and compassionate yet honest about what we could expect in the market, taking the emotion out of it for us.
We also used them to purchase our new home but before that we changed our mind on areas and type of properties several times. They were professional and never got annoyed with us.

He rolled up his sleeves and did the necessary homework to help us navigate a complicated land redevelopment deal in West Vancouver. His method of communication (using WhatsApp) meant that Charles was always reachable, and that all parties were kept in the loop. Most importantly, Charles had a well-planned negotiation strategy that worked, saving us hundreds of thousands of dollars. I have never seen such professionalism and gusto in a realtor. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
