All I need Bikster to do is report the delivery as failed so that Bring can find it in their system, but I simply cant get hold of costumer service of Bikster. No phone number and they do not answer emails. Time is ticking and it looks like I have to go find another place to buy this birthday present...
Ordered a bike for my 5 year old daughter. Price and delivery time was great but as soon as the order arrived it showed why price is great. Box was damaged, assembly was painful and front brake not working despite all the efforts. Have asked for return and refund as I dont think I have got any confidence left on this.
