Unfortunately would not recommend
Perhaps this was an exception but Bikini Village recently did a system migration at the same time as putting on a big sale. Because of the system migration, my order processing was delayed beyond the range given (1-5 business days) and my final sale items did not arrive before I went on my trip. I called customer service before the order was processed but when it had gone beyond the stated range of processing time (called them on the 6th business day when they said processing took 1-5 business days) and tried to cancel my order because at that point, I knew the items would not arrive on time, but I was told they could not cancel (again even though the order hadnt even been processed yet). Honestly I thought this would not be a big deal, but I requested an exception to their return policy in order to return the final sale items ($30) since it was their system with the issue that caused the delay. If it had been a Canada Post or another shipping issue, I would not have even reached out because that would not be their problem to fix but this was their system error. They stated that their own system issues were "beyond their control" and would not provide the refund. In the big scheme of things, it's fine but generally would not recommend based on this experience. Seems like a company that will hold customers accountable (final sale items - fair enough) but will not hold themselves accountable to what is shown on their website and will not gives customers a heads up when there may be delays beyond what is shown.
