I’m very disappointed with the service I received here.

I brought my older Gazelle E-bike (Gazelle Energie Plus) because I wanted to have it checked, repaired and brought back into good working condition. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected.

From the beginning, the staff were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. They answered my questions very briefly and did not seem interested in helping me or offering any advice. I felt that there was no real effort to find a solution for my bike.

During the installation of the new display, the edge of my bike was damaged. Unfortunately, the damage was not compensated and I was not offered any satisfactory solution. What disappointed me even more was being told that it would be easier to buy a new bicycle rather than properly repair my existing one.

When I later asked them to remove the new display and put my original display back, I was told that this would take another three to four days. The whole process was unnecessarily slow and, in my experience, not klantvriendelijk at all.

Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied with both the service and the attitude of the staff. I understand that my bicycle is an older model, but I expected at least some willingness to help, explain the options and look for a reasonable solution.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this shop, despite the fact that it is conveniently located close to my home. I would rather travel to another city to find a bike shop with more friendly, helpful and customer-oriented staff.

I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Poor maintenance and very unwelcoming customer service
I brought my bike for routine maintenance, but I am incredibly disappointed with the entire experience.
Not only was the mechanical work subpar, but the staff's hospitality was completely lacking and felt unwelcoming.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt cold and dismissive.
When I picked up my bike, it was clear that the issues weren't properly resolved, yet no one seemed to care or offer a proper explanation.
For the price they charge, I expected professional work and basic politeness. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop.

Top shop! I had a cargo bike with them, they did the check up, took into consideration my time constraints.
The bike felt much better after the inspection and adjustments. A profesional bike shop. Fully recomand them!
