Castelli bib shorts order
I ordered a pair of Castelli bib shorts in size XL. I really liked the design, but found them a bit too small. Called BTD and they gave me a QR code to return them and I ordered two pairs in 2XL. Received them promptly and really like them. Great to be able to call and talk to someone and get a great result! Thank you.

So BTD apparently has a policy that someone has to sign off at delivery. I think a customer should be allowed to change that realizing the cust takes responsibility for the delivery. I was not able to change it despite checking with Fed Ex and talking to someone at BTD. So i had to wait another day for my wheel.

Hi Tim! I do understand the sig requirement can be frustrating, however, it is worth noting that we warned you 3 times as you were checking out that these would be signature required. The only way to turn that off is to catch it before it goes out the door, so just holler next time right as you place the order during business hours and we can find a solution!

They have great prices but charge a 5% restocking fee on returned items unless you accept store credit. I bought three pairs of shoes without seeing this in the fine print and returned two. Won't buy from them again unless I know it is something I will for sure keep.
