I just received email that company is insolvent since October 23rd. I had to return a bike because of a dangerous frame, they now took the bike without refunding my 450€ due to insolvency.

The company claims to be experiencing financial difficulties, they no longer respond to my emails and they have no plans to return my money.
I bought:
SEK 1,805 Helmet
Invader 2.0 Camo Helmet grey/white and protection
SEK 1,355 Troy Lee Designs
Rockfight CE Flex Chest Full Protector
Total:SEK 3,160
I returned it because the size of the helmet wasn't right and I bought another one.
I sent it back on October 10, 2023, they received it on October 14, 2023. I already paid SEK 2,844 on my credit card.
I need my money back

Return issue
I bought a bike online in Sweden and it didn’t fit me and I want to return it immediately without using it. I initiated the return process online via their website however the ID they provide for booking the pickup of the item by carrier is not valid and I do not get support or reply to my help request to solve the issue. I cannot book a pickup for return and I am so disappointed.

Technical support and guarantee
My order is Cube Nature All road pro BSE3984139 There is small 8 shape for both wheels after 1 week I have got a bike. I have not got any support to fix this defect. Only I had are 2 advices from technical support what should I try to do…thanks it still does not work. What definitely I would like to have is appointment for service centre to fix my problem.
