Simple way of ordering. Only thing that could improve it, was making it more clear where the stuff was coming from. Because when I order things from bikster.nl I am thinking that it’s coming from a warehouse in the Netherlands. By making more clear where stuff is coming from, you get a better idea why it’s taking time to get from the warehouse to your home.

The delivery was quick and complete. I had to return one item, because it didnot fit (my fault). No problem. Within a week I got payed back. Great service!

Good price quality and I got what I ordered

My order for a bike was placed on 1st of August, which arrived on 4th of August at noon. Their confirmation e-mail stated that a delivery takes between 3-5 work days, so I got my delivery fairly quick. I haven't had experience with their customer service and I hope that it wouldn't be necessary too. Packaging of the bike was fairly good with a small remark on the rims which were somehow put between the crank arms and caused some minor scratches when trying to remove the protective material around it. On the communication side, I personally think that I received many e-mails, which I believe can be reduced to at least one. I personally don't need to be informed by e-mail about the status of my delivery if I already have the tracking number.

Quick delivery, and very nice material

The guys at bikester are trustworthy. I have ordered from them several times now. They are a little slower at delivery than other companies, so take that into consideration. I had an issue with a shock missing from my delivery this time and they sorted it out, it just took a while.

It was shipped so late that I was already out of the country. I don't even know where it was delivered, so I can't have it sent back.

Customer service is not working. Sent two inquiries and no response. This is the second time I've been waiting for my package for so long. The website says 3 to 5 days. It's been 5 days and the package still hasn't been shipped. The second thing. I am still waiting for a refund for the returned package.

The prices are really ok.
It always takes a bit more than 24 hrs to receive the product, but that is fine. The pricing is really ok.
