I bought my Riece & Muller from Bike Severn in Carlisle and it is the best money I have ever spent in my life. The aftersales care was excellent. This is a friendly competant bike shop who are keen to provide you with the best possible products and services. If you want cheaper stuff that will fall apart in a year or two, you know where to go. This place really focuses on quality and gear that will last and not breakdown and leave you high and dry.

I had some bad experiences buying an e-bike from online retailers Canyon and Van Moof, so I decided to call in at a not so local bike shop and see what was on offer.
One of the brands they stocked was Riese & Muller; which I'd never heard of, stood out head and shoulders from the rest in terms of outstanding quality. So I went ahead and purchased one.
The staff; Daan and his mechanic (sorry I've forgotten his name) were exceptionally friendly, helpfull and obliging. In future they'll be my first port of call for my cycling needs.
