I would give this site a big FAT 0 😱 😱 IT IS A DISGRACE .I ORDERED A HELMET FROM THIS SITE ON THE 1ST MAY 2025 AND GOT MY PARCEL TODAY IT COME 🙃 BUT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED I GOT A BIKER T SHIRT GRRR AND THEY HAVE ALSO CHANGED THERE NAME FROM BIKERLOOK.CO. TOO RIDERHAVEN.COM PLEASE PEOPLE DONT WASTE UR MONEY THEY TOOK MINE AND I NEVER GET IT BACK

BIKERLOOK IS TRASH

I wrote a review about this company on May 25th. I was scammed out of an order made on April 24th of 3 sets of footpegs totaling $298.14 and received a cheap tshirt. Well to add to it a Mr. David Bieme of customer care team of BikerLook emailed me the following week May 31st apologizing and would look into the issue. He asked me to provide a picture of what I received and said he’d respond back within 5 business days. That time is gone and passed. Screw this company. You don’t get what you order besides some cheap shirt. Don’t get got like I did and many others. This company is trash.

Website is a scam, I ordered a helmet over a month ago and instead received a tshirt. I had no correspondence of shipping or order updates from the seller, do not purchase anything from this website!
