I have recently got my SCO cargo bike serviced from Bike Rep app. It was a horrible experience. They took my bike for days and nothing has been done. Now the control of the front wheels is gone, front breaks are not working and bike is making noise from all the parts. It was a horrible experience. They charge me a fortune for that.
I don't even know how they have customers.
The app is full of flows and requires a huge amount of imputed information: beside the frame number, you need also purchase date, order number, battery number. Whitout this data you can't proceede in making a case and having someone fixing your bike. You also need to upload pictures and with such an unstable app, it is a hassle: if you time out, you have to start all over as data is not temporarily saved. I have imputed my frame number an it says 'already in used, try again' ... and I can't proceed further and the grammar is wrong
