Exact same story as everyone else, ordered over 3 weeks ago, received a dispatch email but never received the goods. Emailed over a week ago to query delivery, absolutely zero response. Were quick enough to take my money though. I see Zoe responding to reviews here siting staff issues, I get that might be the case, but to completely ignore customers emails about their orders is deplorable customer service. AVOID!

We advertise 3 - 21 working days delivery in our terms and conditions and delivery FAQ. After 10 working days we can ask the royal mail to investigate. Below is the section from the terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of purchase.
Delivery and Time of Delivery
We estimate delivery at 3 to 21 working days, working days do not include weekends and UK National Bank Holidays. In the event of concern at non delivery by the royal mail after 10 Working Days we will request a formal investigation to locate your item. We do not advertise or infer a guaranteed delivery date.
If you no longer want the item we offer 60 day returns in as new condition,
I am sorry we have not been able to meet your delivery expectations.

WARNING
WARNING - DO NOT USE!
Ordered t-shirt, paid, told despatched. Still not arrived. Emailed twice and still no response!!! Disgusting this happens, needs action from trading standards who I will be contacting next.
Alas, someone eventually got back to me after I sent the same email several times and got a reply. Surprisingly, I have now received the item. Still will not use the company again.

Wish I'd looked on trust pilot before buying. Ordered on the 5th of Jan, he replied to one email where I asked where my package was and he blamed royal mail for it being late and refused to give me any tracking info. Ignored my email asking for a refund.
