JA, snel, simpel, geen gezeik, even leuk berichtje achtergelaten op de bon. Wat kan ik zeggen? Het was er met 72h, netjes ingepakt, zag er goed uit, hebben de spullen even nagekeken voor ze het opstuurden en zelfs een extraatje erbij. Integere mensen zoals ik het zie. 10/10 would shop here again.

We try to ship the next day (which we did with your order) and from there on we are depending for our shipping on DPD (to Belgium) and being a national holiday on thursday, we expect that it caused a little delay. Normally it arrives within 2 days. Sorry that that is a bad experience for you. We try our best.

Firstly, this is one and only shop I found to have such wide range of Acepac gear in stock. Second, communication was great: although my country was not on the shipping list I could easily get it arranged with employee named Bas, he also kept me informed of actions and details with my order which now is on its way. Good place to get all your gear from!
