This device was advertised as a non-invasive glucose monitor.
The packaging even claims as such.
However, it's just your standard oxygen and heart rate monitor.
It's quite disgusting that companies like this are not targeted by the FDA and shut down. I purchased this as a backup for my husband when he doesn't want to stick himself.
But I'm sure there are plenty of people who can't afford the standard testers that look to items like this as a solution.

I finally sent a return request to Bikenda to return the item - instead - they place a NEW order for me - using the same order #!!!! - Shame on them ! - I bet they use the same number for everyone!!!

I received 2 instruments that did not work.
I have sent several complaints.
They have not responded.

The gift was received on time and was lovely. Stain glass sun catcher of my daughter & son-in-law for their birthdays.

I ordered a Bikenda. Tinnitus relieving device. and. I did not receive anything, but money was taken out of my account.

Ordered a pair of tinnitus relieving devices on 5/12/25. Never shipped, all it says is processing. Says US product in the ad but this is completely false. These are coming from overseas. I emailed their "customer service" link that says that you will hear back within 2 hours. Total bullshit. I sent 4 emails and with no response. I cannot believe shit companies like this are allowed to continue to blatantly rip consumers off.

Mine arrived with no instructions & no charger. ITS A SCAM. YOU CANNOT EVEN TURN IT ON. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

Total SCAM. Received (cheap) O2 meter in glucometer box. Was offered 30% refund for their mistake then totally blanked. Even paypal gave up trying to recover anything. Don't even consider buying from them.

Read the reviews & said NO Go! Plus they scam people by saying you only get this discounted price for 10 more minutes. Mean people taking advantage of nice people. There's a place in hell for whoever runs this company.

Purchased “The non invasive blood glucose meter” a scam instead like others received a blood oximeter! This company should not be allowed to sell online. There isn’t any information about returning this product!

Ad I bought from stayed made and shipped from Aus. Item received not as described poor quality received from china. No replies fighting for refund

This company is a scam, I didn't get what I ordered, they advertise a 180 day return but no one will respond. So sad that many of us fell for the scam, mine was on the dentures, but I see same complaints on lots of their products. They need shut down‼️

What an utter pile of c**p. If I could give no star I would. £25 for 2 bits of plastic and stuff that doesn't mould. I was conned, scammed and utterly disgusted that this company is using false methods to make money. Are they bothered about mine or your reviews? Not a jot!! They will continue to rake in the money til no one buys anymore.

The product is garbage. Tried to contact company for return. No response. They overcharged me to begin with now I want to return the product which is in original packaging they don't respond. They are crooks.

This is not the product or brand of Silicone Dentures that were advertised and I bought. These also came from Hong Kong when they say made in the USA. These are hard and have beads to melt. They are not silicone and they don't cover your teeth at all. This is the 4th pair I have received like this and I am not happy at all.
