Good customer support, Nice experience

I found a way better deal on a bike so I reached out to ask how to cancel. 1day later they finally text back with an email. I emailed and asked them to cancel my order. They told me it's to late and already out for shipment. I checked but only a label was created after I had reached out. Now I'm getting a notification from ups that the delivery date has changed because the pickup wasn't ready on their part. Horrible customer service. What a scam!!!!!

Ordered a Cabo Extreme in December. Order never processed. Ignored me. Finally responded that the Ebike was not available but that it was now available in January. Left me "HANGING" in the air not knowing if they were going to charge my bank account $1000 or not and whether or not I could spend that money on another company, or if I did, they might suddenly cause a bounce of any new authorizations as they refused to confirm the order. Finally emailed back that they had not processed the order and had cancelled it on their end. Contacted them again in January and asked them if they would honor the previous deal. They wrote back 'No' and said they wanted another $400 and that I would only get a 5% discount instead of the original $15% discount. Bait and switch? Maybe. Certainly changed the deal and screwed me on the first one that they should have honored. Or maybe they are just incredibly disregarding, disrespectful, unresponsive, irresponsible, and dishonest in their deals and like to hang you in the air while they keep you from moving forward. Watch Out!
