I strongly do not recommend this store. I have been waiting for my order for 11 days, and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. They have no customer support, or they simply don’t respond. I wasted my time and money, and I don’t even know if I will receive anything at all!

After sales is basically non-existent.
Bike was delivered damaged, they offered a “discount” of 20€, I asked to escalate it one of the rims needed replacing and 20€ was not going to cover that. They “sent my query to the corresponding department” and I never heard back. Didn’t even get the 20€.

Poor customer service
On this occasion the product didn't work. The company has made the return very difficult with a complete distrust that the product does not work. I now cant return it because of their poor customer service. Beware of company.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR DELIVERY DATES
Do not, at least if you are in the USA, believe this company’s fantasy-based predictions on how quickly you will receive your item. I ordered a set of pedals in early August that I need for a bike trip for which I am leaving in late August. The OUTSIDE predicted date was 14 August. It is now 23 August, and I am still waiting, so I am highly unlikely to be able to bring the pedals. They have offered no assistance and would not let me cancel the order so that I could get the pedals from a US-based company.

"I ordered a stem from this website, which was supposed to have a 31.8 mm diameter based on the description, but the description is completely false and misleading. This is a BMX stem with a diameter of about 2 cm. I waited weeks for it, and when it finally arrived, I realized it was the wrong product, so I am very disappointed."
