Did not receive the goods (for 6 months), no reply, no refund. Instead only a note ‘in an environmentally friendly manner, we save resources in the areas of warehousing, material movement and order picking’. Avoid.

Item marked as “in stock” not shipped even after s month (despite recieving shiping number).

Later recieved info that item is no longer available, but they never refunded money. Now trying to get my money back via court.

Stay away - this is s scam!

I ordered something but quickly realized the item description was different what was pictured on the product page. I tried to cancel the order several times on their online messaging service. I called several times, no answer. I wrote them several times by mail asking them to cancel the order. No response. Finally, after receiving the item, I wrote and asked if I could make a return, to which (after 3 mails), someone responded that yes, I could make a return. After sending the return, I was never refunded. I wrote and called several times with no response. Finally, I escalated to Paypal and Paypal resolved in my favor. I'll get a refund, but via Paypal and not via the company that agreed to take the return on the item. This whole process took about 2 months. I would absolutely avoid at all costs ordering from bikehit.

This is nothing but a scam operation! A wannabe online bike shop with little to no stock. They have to buy everything in before shipping, but they appear to have no cashflow in order to stay afloat. Initially just lies about logistical problems and then bearing shortages. After that no response to emails, item still not shipped after 2½ months and of course it won't ever get shipped because the manufacturer ceased production of this range 18 months ago. No response to a cancellation request and no refund. Thankfully Paypal refunded my money immediately. Laid a charge of fraud with Ebay who appear to have immediately shut down his Ebay platform. Good riddance.

Item not available. Instead of canceling the order, the seller entered a tracking number and let me wait 30+ days for the refund.

Ordered multiple items on the 5th of may, sent several emails and have still not received anything.
Have escalated it to Paypal to get my money back, they have not responded to Paypal and I'm fairly certain this business is bankrupt or going to be in a few months.

Unfortunately, I had no response from the company from something that was paid on 31/01. Thanks to PayPal intervention, I was fully refunded

No delivery,no response…I consider my order cancelled...hope to get my money back.

The delivery was lost by DPD, i contacted the seller several times but finally they haven't resolved the issue. They promised to send the item once again in december but they didn't. Customer care 0/10... Finally, after 6 months i asked refound via PayPal and could get the money back on my account next day, so PayPal 10/10 :-)

I have ordered the Elite bike trainer with those guys. They still have the DHL delivery to Ukraine, and now is almost impossible to find someone that still ships to my country, because of the war. The prices are really great and everything went smoothly. I do recommend this store and will definitely come back in future.

These guys just happened to forget to process my order, i had to reach out after a week to ask them why my order is not moving forward, and their answer is that there was a technical glitch.

They didn't have all the items, which i was not made aware of, i only discovered a partial bill of delivery on receiving the first packet.

On receiving the second packet, it was still missing an item that i ordered twice, i reached out to them more than a month ago, multiple times, no response, radio silence.

It is a pity because i can't use that item on its own, i need both items for my project.

Will not order from this shop again.

Purchased a bike at £3500, after weeks it never arrived. They do not respond to emails. Thankfully I used PayPal.

No nonsense. Ordered a bike helmet and it got delivered without issues. Didn’t receive a order confirmation mail unfortunately. But subsequent mails were sent correctly, like e.g. the mail to track the package. A mail to the servicedesk got answered quickly.

Good store! I found some items, which don't be available in others. All was delivered in time and safety.

They sent me the wrong item. I tried to contact them and they didn't reply. Opened a case on paypal and they sent a return label. One month has passed since I sent the item back to them and they haven't issued a refund.
