The web site is terrible. You can’t just go back, you need to start all over again. You should also tell people everything they need to know in advance - before the bike is boxed up - like bike S/N. I boxed it all to know the weight.

Great speed of delivery and great piece of mind knowing the shipments have insurance!

Bike Flights experience was fabulous. Everything worked out with my bike arriving to my final destination. Great support and help. The cost was reasonable and you were informed of the route your bike was transported as well as delivery date.

Bikeflights is amazing and great customer service. The price can change (go up) if you pull quotes multiple times, so just buy it on the first go around.

They took care of everything and followed through until the bike was delivered even when it was in customs in Japan for awhile.
Considering what they did, it was worth the price.

Very easy to estimate and purchase a shipping label, I like the ability to be able to add insurance if needed. I have shipped out 1 bike and received 2 bikes using bike flights this year and it's been a seamless process with all three, thanks again!

There was an extra charge for no apparent reason

Ive used them like 3 times now.
1 was a full bike to Montana no problems
2nd time was a wheel set to California, no problems
3rd time was, hmmm nice there wasn’t a third time but i think it would of went well

Way cheaper, well under half the price of me creating a shipment label on the UPS website for the exact same service.

Bike flights was just exceptional from start to finish. Their live chat was a great way to help me understand their process. My bike arrived in perfect shape. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely outstanding.

Ordering was a breeze. However, there were some delays with shipping that were due to UPS. My bike arrived 5 days later than expected. Bike was a little damaged (cosmetic), but again, this was due to UPS not bikeflights.

Shipping prices are out of control. This was just a very light wheelset shipping between Boston and NYC. It cost as much to ship that as it did me to ship a somewhat heavy gravel bike half-way across the USA.

I'm new to all this,but your company is about shipping bikes,and I understand the demand is high but you would think you would put a little more effort into stocking your boxes instead of only having the very expensive one available all the time.

In the past 2 transactions. I get estimates on your website by entering in home address and destination address without logging in . In order to give quotes to potential buyers.
When I finally sign in with my login account to finalize a sale and ship, the amount has been $5-10 more to complete the transaction. Ive already quoted the buyer on shipping costs, so i end up eating the additional costs.

People I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. In the end I got to send my bike after some adventures in making the size conform to your specifications. I thought I had met the requirements but in the end I was told one of the dimensions was just a bit too long. I had it repackaged by a bicycle shop and it was fine.
