I had a small issue with my order and opened up the 'Live Chat' window and was patched through with a gentleman named, Alvin. He was courteous, knowledgably, and very professional. He made solving my Issue very quick, simple, and painless; just the way I like it. Nobody's always going to be perfect. we're only human, but the customer service at 'BikeBerry' is top notch. especially with people like Alvin on the payroll.

I used chat to help with my issue and Alvin, was most helpful and knew what I was going to ask before I ask, I am guessing that their chat is linked to the phone messages that we left. This was a great user experience! Keep up the good work Alvin!!!

FREDDIE was very helpful. He cancelled my order for me because the bike I wanted was not available in the color I wanted even if the site said it was available.

Bikeberry sent me Fzero brushed aluminum with 2 cycle 4 stage performance from FedEx with damage showing on box, contacted Bikeberry immediately (Freddie) they say accept it as it only appears to have damage at the wheel hub......when we opened the box we saw deep scratches on the frame...contacted Bikeberry once again with photos...was told by Bikeberry (Freddie) to get touch up paint from home depot, they refused to exchange the frame....then contacted Bikeberry once again after seeing deep tank dents....no response from Bikeberry until i started posting negative feedbacks....then Bikeberry offered $60 store credit to keep this damaged bike....I told Bikeberry we are only a few miles away, i would bring the bike to them for inspection and exchange....im not looking for store credit....im not looking for discount....im not looking for full refund.....im only looking for the bike i bought and paid for...the one WITHOUT SCRATCHES AND DENTS

bikeberry.com was very helpful with answering my question for installing a 17 tooth sprocket on mag wheels & also for helping me figure out that my wheel drag issue might be caused by the sprocket bolt heads hitting the brake plate, Thank you Earl.

The support person Earl was very helpful. He walked me through how to test the part I was struggling with. The reason for the 2 stars is that this is the 4th bad CDI (The part I was having trouble with) I was sent. The support service was great but the product is subpar.
