Placed an order on Wednesday 25 December. I received an email on Friday 6 January saying order had been dispatched via DHL (which I paid extra for) along with tracking number. I checked tracking later that day and it only said "Shipment information received". Emailed Bigwax.io the following day since the tracking did not update. Was advised to check the tracking and contact DHL (great customer service... NOT). I contacted DHL and they advised that a shipment label had been created but they had not been given the parcel yet. Escalated with Bigwax.io and they said they made a complaint (assume with DHL). Requested clarification on whether my order had actually be dispatched and heard nothing. This certainly seems like a scam company to me. At least I paid on my AMEX card so I will be able to get a chargeback raised if need be. Careful if you buy from these people.

After waiting for weeks for my order I end up doing my own investigation and reached out to their customer service.

With frustration, patience and a lot of work and time. They conclude that the address was incorrect and the order was sent back. As a customer I could not verify that. It is basically their explanation without any substantial evidence.

They can send the order again, but I need to pay the postage fee again. They didn’t take any responsibility or provide any services at all. The refund is excluding postage fee, so I basically paid for nothing. I don’t even know whether there was a parcel on it’s way in the first place.

If you were me would you after losing the first postage fee, pay another postage fee for goods that might not be delivered and also if something goes wrong you need to wait for weeks and there is no service at all.

Would you go through all this trouble? Spending postage fees, time and effort without any products?

I wouldn’t and I advise you to avoid this company as well.
