Brilliant service. Sold car within a week after first getting the confirmed quote (which was more than Motorway). No value taken off at collection (send the pictures AND video to get the most accurate quote).

Daisy-Summer Chapell, from Big, was very responsive over email and made the process easy & comfortable for my first time selling a car online.

The Driver, Richard from DriiveMe, was brilliant. Very friendly and honest. Collection was completed on-time, within 30 minutes, and funds in my account straight away. The PayIt link they use for payment is a great, secure, system (although, use Edge instead of Chrome, or the link won't work).

I found this option by chance on the internet, it had some good reviews, didn’t involve other dealers and an auction so thought I would give it a go. Photo upload process was fairly straightforward however actually speaking to an agent was more challenging ie being left on hold or disconnected a few times. However once through that I signed a contract for based on the offer they originally quoted and arrangements were made for collection. Great comms from the driver and he arrived early which suited me. Thorough check over undertaken to ensure the car was as described and it was so there was no quibbling over price, money transferred in seconds and the driver left with the car. From my experience I would recommend

It is necessarily an exhaustive process as details of your car are checked and double checked but the important thing is that the price was ultimately a good one (it was and there was no last minute haggling), that the company's representatives were helpful and informed (they were) and that the transaction proceeded quickly and efficiently (it did). Once my car had been inspected by the collection driver and the results relayed to the office, the money was in my account in less than 5 minutes. Be prepared to devote a few hours to the process and be transparent. I am very happy and would recommend the service to anyone.

What a great easy process… first time using them to sell my car and will use them every time I sell my car now. Kept updated and answered every question. I have no negative things to say. Payment was received in less than 5 min.

This company have been offering to buy my car for months via Exchange my Car. I accepted an offer on Friday and filled in all the relevant forms. I kept receiving the same email over and over again so asked them to stop emailing me. This morning I have tried to call them three times and have been cut off everytime. Now I have received an email saying my vehicle doesn't fit their buying profile even though they have made numerous offers and knew it was a BMW 3 series. Absolute time wasters!

Big were great from obtaining a valuation to them following this up by calling me on a few occasions.
The booking in process was a week in advance due to my availability and theirs.
The Vesaal Khan who collected the car was fantastic, he provided time estimates from the night before to the morning of. He even called with further updates.
He explained the process with clarity and was really friendly.

I found the company extremely helpful and the process straightforward. The initial estimate for my car was very fair and they did not significantly reduce the offer as Motorway and Carwow did. The handover was smooth and payment instant.

Sold my car to these today (2021 Skoda). I couldn't fault them. They offered me a fair price, over £1000 (in some cases £1500) more than competitors were offering and £300 less than I was willing to sell it for privately.

I submitted my pictures online and was contacted by Chloe in the office. The process was super easy and an appointment to collect my car was made for 3 days later.

There was zero negotiation on the drive and the person (Andrei) who collected was fab. Spent about 30 mins inspecting and sending photos through to his office, keeping me informed throughout. I then spoke to the office who sent instant payment.

As long as you're honest about the condition and any damage you will have zero issues.
