Overpromised quality, underdelivered results

Expectations were set sky high with polished presentations and confident promises, but the final product fell short in every way. The attention to detail was lacking, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and communication dwindled the moment problems appeared. Instead of a reliable partner, it felt like chasing after excuses at every stage of the process. What should have been a smooth experience turned into one long frustration.
