Mr. Trovato made this experience seamless. He fixed multiple issues I had dealing with his company the last round and I applaud him for that. He went above and beyond to make sure every thing was handled properly.
On another note, the first guy I dealt with, some clown 🤡 named Jett completely misled and lied to me. If you call Big Think Capital DO NOT deal with anyone named Jett. I could go on but I don’t want to taint the 5 star ⭐️ for Gerald Trovato.

The jury is still out on this company. There were many parts of the transaction that were good, but the "partner" I was assigned to work with was a challenge. She insisted I needed specific paperwork and when I provided it she said underwriting needed something more. This went on and on. I spend the whole day back and forth. Then magically she decided to submit what I had provided her to underwriting and they accepted it. This tells me all of that was not necessary had she just submitted what she had initially and then worked from there. Then, when in final review it was noticed that the bank account information was incorrect. She argued with me about it telling me that was the correct bank account. I explained to her that the number she put in the contract is my CU member number and that there are 5 accounts attached. She kept arguing with me about it. It was my distinct impression that Samantha did not want to have to go back and change paperwork. She asked to to allow them to submit it and fund it as is and "just see if it goes through", That does not sound like good advise to me. Then to have the audacity to send me emails asking for a 5 star review on multiple platforms. Do be fair - I believe this is an issue with the agent, not the company and that is why I did 3 stars. Samantha needs to be coached. Everyone else was wonderful.

Update: After posting this PROMPTED review I was harassed for days with phone calls and texts by the “partner” Samantha assigned to me. The condescending attitude throughout the process is what led me to leaving this review. I now understand that she did submit the items and was requesting what underwriting was asking for, but her communication and delivery was terrible throughout and this carried through to the multiple texts after I left this review and multiple phone calls wanting to discuss the review. Finally she wrote an apology that was followed by a “however” so not an apology at all just excuses. You can see the excuses continue in the response here. I just want Samantha to take responsibility but I don’t see that happening and if no one and Big Think Capital thinks that treating customers this way is a problem, well…..

I didn't have a good experience.

Chris was able to work with me and never gave up on a small Buisness owner who wanted to expand. He when above and beyond the call as any company should do. Chris is a perfect example of getting results. He called and email back after two other loans fell through. Starting is hard and expanding is even tougher! With Chris help, I was able to get the necessary funding for tools, uniform and equipment. Thank you Chris.
