A £5 Costa voucher was promised for signing up to a recent BIg Team Challenge. Others in my organisation had to wait weeks to get their vouchers - it all seemed rather a shambles. I never got mine at all , having chased a contact in my organisation four times I eventually gave up.
Its a poor show to promise inducements and then not cough up !

Customer service has always been excellent, and the experience has been enjoyed by our colleagues at work.
Not very impressed with the Big Team Challenge system functionality. Some of the main areas for improvement would be a notification when a team wins a challenge, messaging functionality between teams via the platform, ability to see the scores of all players/teams. The system did not do much that we could have not done manually with excel.
