I thought I was opening a bolt account for travelling , stating that it would not cost me anything , only to find out after opening the account , I received a message that a deduction of Bigst net R461 will be deducted from my account
This website is fraudulent. They come up when you search for RingGo Car Parking App and lure you into putting your card details. I wanted to pay for parking and presented my card details.
Turns out the App is not the real Ringo parking service, but these fraudsters.
Who give you permission to deduct money of my account. I dont even know you guys. I will log a call with my bank.

I also have no knowledge of how they got my information. NewDay (John Lewis Partnership) would not even entertain my claim for a refund of £29.99 and even went on to pay a further £29.99 after I had requested them not to!! I have had to close my account, as I do not trust NewDay not to pay them again! A very sad situation after 30 years with John Lewis.

I don't know how they got my details as I don't drive, don't have a car and have never heard of these scammers before. However, my bank have been wonderful and have refunded me the 4 x £29.99 immediately. I would definitely like to talk to these b.......
Total scam. I paid for parking in Hebden Bridge via an app on the parking meter, they took the £1.60 fee immediately which was fine. But then 5 days later Bigst net took £29.99 for an apparent monthly subscription. My bank says its a scam and done via that parking app.
29.99 from.my bank and have emailed but no refund. Have contacted my bank in relation to this.
BEWARE ……. Took 29.99 from me but my bank refunded me and changed my card but they are still Trying to take another 29.99 this month too! Only gave details because I was trying to pay parking !
